When it comes to brunch beverages, mimosas and bloody Marys always seem to reign supreme. But when you’re looking to put a little extra “fun” in your Sunday Funday, you’ve got to up the ante!

Instead of giving you a basic brunch cocktail recipe, we found a spin on a classic that you’re sure to sip and enjoy all weekend long. The Skylark of NYC created a fun twist on the French 75. Their Canadian version, Montreal 75, has gin, Prosecco, lemon, and a hint of maple syrup to make it the perfect light beverage to enjoy with your brunch. Just remember to keep a side of that maple syrup for your pancakes!
