J.Crew is making big moves this week in the fashion industry. Yep, the fashion retailer officially launched its first plus-size collection in collaboration with Universal Standard — and we couldn’t be more ecstatic!

The 37-piece collection features J.Crew silhouettes you know and love like classic tees, statement dresses, knit cardigans, and more, which are all available up to a size 32. Check out a few of our favorite pieces from the launch below.

I’m not sure that these are actually J Crew clothes. If you search “J Crew, plus sizes” some much cuter, reasonably priced clothes come up.

I was excited as I clicked into this article then I saw the shapeless, non-flattering crap for $100+? Who are they kidding? Why would anyone regardless of size want to dress like a bag lady from the 90s? I remember that striped shirt when I was 9! Nothing at all unique or special about anything I’ve seen here. Just because my shape is round doesn’t mean you have to dress it that way, there are so many style tips and tricks to accentuate things and/or detract from other things apart from throwing a tarp over it. Shame on you J Crew.

Wow what a disappointment from this line really have you ever looked at a plus size woman I mean really looked at her she is beautiful she is more than this tent style clothing, really don't even bother this is such an insult there was not thought that went into these at all. Plus size does not exactly equal this line rethink redesign and then come back if anyone lets you.

These really are bad !! Plus size women are built with either a waist with larger hips and arms .. or larger bust and stomach and no hips and thinner legs .. higher some people who want to really give heavier women s choice but if this is their entrance into plus size I would be embarrassed ...... those pants OMG how horrible for anyone

Wow. Why so brands thing that fat girls want to hide the fact that they are fat. I would much rather have a form fitted flattering outfit with style then a giant shapeless piece of clot on my body. These designer clearly have no idea what they are doing. Please J. Crew, try again.

Lol. Reading these comments are hilarious. It’s funny because it’s true. ??? Unfortunately the new fashion is sheath dress and shapeless smocks. Smh. Which only remind me of Hawaiian moo moos.
