Your instructions to get rid of an item are very UNfriendly for me. Granted I am technologically challenged, however it should not take 30 -45 min. to do this.

I’m super disappointed in this box. I won’t use any of the contents. Why are there socks in the middle of summer? I small can of beer? I’m canceling this.

I was very disappointed in the summer box I’ve never gotten these type of items before that I could never use 👎 Who is a very cheap box my box came damaged on top of it

My box arrived already opened and damaged, I can't even tell if I received everything I should have. Very frustrating. Anything arriving by USPS seems to be damaged these days.

I just received my 2021 Summer box. This is my first ever pet fit fun box and I have to say I was disappointed. My box came in the mail with a big shipping label attached to the side. The box itself does not look like the boxes in the ad, it is quite small.

I’m curious as to why the options I choose as “surprise me” weren’t in my box. The only things I received were the 6 things I selected specific things on.

I was very disappointed by my received summer box. I did not get any of the shown items. I am an annual member so I get first pick and didn’t receive my choices. Very disappointing
