We’ve also been listening to your feedback about the past seasons, and understand your wants and needs evolve as life changes! So we’re thrilled to introduce our most flexible membership ever.

Starting in Summer 2021, we’re launching a fully customizable box for current and new Annual Members and unlimited Swap for Credit for all members. Read on for more details.

What is a fully customizable box?
As an Annual Member, you have the opportunity to customize your entire box every season! Yep, that means you can create a full box curation that’s 100% you.

As for Seasonal Members? All current and new Seasonal Members will get one more Customization option. That means you get to pick four times!

What is Swap for Credit?
Not a fan of the season’s box curation? No problem! All members can swap the box for e-commerce credit to use towards Boost My Box, reFills, sales, The Shop, and additional Customization items!* And do it an unlimited amount of times.

When we first created our boxes we had no Customization, no Add-Ons, no reFills, and no Community – and here we are now introducing a fully customizable box with no added price – just simply bringing you the flexibility that you want and need.

Last few boxes were nothing but repeats and garbage. Super disappointed. Don’t send clothes that nightgown or amateur out was was ugly as sin and something I would never wear, plus ice cube tray was a joke. All the other things I received I had in my winter box. I got this subscription as a gift and I won’t be getting a membership.

I have been disappointed with my boxes lately. I don’t get the items I customize all the time. I didn’t even get the summer customizing email for this last time. I end up giving most of the items away. If this next one is not worth it then I will cancel

I was also 100% disappointed in the spring box. I donated the entire box to Goodwill. I have never been able to customize my box. I either miss the very small window to do so, or I try and it doesn't work. I've been a yearly member for about 5 years now but am considering canceling if I keep getting a box of junk. Cactus sippy cup, phone cleaner? There wasn't even anything that I could regift in this last box.

They send e-mails about customization dates, but you may be missing them because of whatever email filters, etc. you have. Change your settings to have FabFitFun go to your inbox, and add those dates to your calendar. I've NEVER been disappointed with a customized box (definitely have when I missed the customizations) and the edits and add-ons are always a great value. My suggestion for everyone who's voiced unhappiness. Customization is 100% where it's at.

I've not been happy with the boxes lately. Some of the items seem very cheap and something I can get at the dollar store (cactus cup). I'm a bit frustrated that it's very difficult to keep up with open days for customization. I receive far too many e-mails from FFF that it makes it difficult to really know which one is my notification of the deadline. I'm a yearly member and at the point of canceling my yearly subscription.

I feel that the boxes are getting more and more underwhelming. The Spring box was a complete dud. I am a 60 year old woman (in 2 weeks) and I don't need a cactus sippy cup that could be found in the dollar section at Target. I feel the window is so small to make our own selections and I often miss the deadline. The items I receive make me feel that I get the left-overs even though I pay the same as the people who get the better items. I am a yearly member, but I may cancel after this subscription. It wasn't a fab fit fun box, it was a funky failure bore box.

I did not care for the spring box. I gave away 80% to younger members of the family Unfortunately I missed the deadline to customize my box. I am under the impression that age is NOT a factor when setting up the boxes. I was disappointed that I did not receive the so advertised duffle bag but I did the matching hat. Hopefully Summer box will be better

I agree with most on the Spring Box. I also missed the customization, and the last time I did, I pretty much got all the rejects, and I cancelled my membership. I then came back, and got the Spring Box, and what a disappointment. I'm holding out to NOT miss the summer customization, but if it's as disappointing as the Spring, I'm cancelling again and looking at all the other offers that are out there. Please do good by the Summer Box! Don't ever send a Cactus Cup gift like that.....ever!

I agree the spring box sucked. I have been an off and on annual member thinking they would get better or at least be a good as the past ones I've received. I like being able to do more customization, however I do like getting some surprises

I must be strange but I've liked all my boxes and even more so since I've done the annual payment and got to customize. There's always one or two things I might not use but they are always good quality and I just keep a box full of things to give as gifts to friends and family. I think it's always well worth the money. My spring box was nice. Thanks FFF, sorry for all the bad reviews and I've ALWAYS gotten mine on time.

Why don’t they ever give a date for customizing? Sometimes I miss it because I actually have to put it in my planner especially when I’m traveling which I will be next month ????

There are so many members that feel the same way I do about the latest FFF boxes- epic failures! Each one is worse than the previous one! Does FFF even read these reviews? It would be in their best interest if they did-otherwise they can kiss half of their members goodbye! And they need to realize that word of mouth & social media are powerful tools. Whenever someone asks me about FFF and whether or not they should subscribe, my answer is absolutely NOT!! Which, by reading these comments, would be what most members would say. That does not bode well for FFF increasing their membership base. Fab Fit Fun- wake up, read the reviews and work on bringing back the boxes that once made FFF the best subscription box out there. It is now one of the worst!!

Wasn’t anyone concerned how to properly clean that ugly cactus cup??! Even my young kids weren’t impressed with it. Used it a couple times and now is in my donation box.

Not to jump on the cactus cup train but that was a very underwhelming addition to the spring box.. BUT I’m all for moving forward and can’t wait for my summer box! I’m excited about being able to customize my entire box and that’s great members have the option to skip boxes as much as they please. Also I like you are revealing picks on social media, sure helps with my indecisiveness having a jumpstart on choosing! Thanks FabFitFun Team

Reading all of these comments I am SO glad I didn’t get the cactus cup lol! Other than that FFF is my favorite subscription box! And I love that I’ll be able to customize all of it !

FFF - I have one more box coming to me with my subscription and after that...most likely going to cancel. The spring box was such a joke! I am a 50 year old woman and you sent me crap meant more for teens or young adults. What a waste! I wont even go on about that stupid cactus cup/tumbler/bottle because enough people have sounded off already. Do better FFF...pay attention to your subscribers and what they indicate with their likes/dislikes. Be aware of their ages. Don't just throw stuff in a box.

I was extremely disappointed in the spring box and so was my daughter. The Mac lipstick was gone in two minutes. That cactus cup was embarrassing, it really was a box of junk

Decided to try FFF and loved the winter box so much that I signed up for the annual membership. Then the spring box was a joke. I couldn’t even give that cactus cup to my grandkids. Hoping the summer box is better.

You get an email prior with all customization and add-on dates, just add them to your calendar and there is a link that takes you right to them. This 2021 spring box has been my favorite in 3 years.

Oh that stoopid cactus cup. And those poofs. Yuck what does one do with poofs? My currently sit somewhere gathering dust. Anyway. I’m so disappointed in the last two boxes I got. One more shot then it’s over for us. Also the lunch box?? What are we 8??

FFF, you have one last chance to redeem yourselves. There are lots of other subscription boxes out there just begging for new members, so please get your act together. I hope you realize by now that the cactus cups were just downright disrespectful. I've read many of the posted comments and am so relieved to know that I'm not the only person that finds the customization process a nightmare. I will give kudos to the customer service team, they're super helpful. Last chance FFF.

I Liked the items I chose and the add on perricone moisturizer. $15.00 for a 98.00 cream....cant beat that. I love the other items I ordered during the sale but then they ruined my box. The barrettes,I gave to my granddaughter. I didn't need the 3 face poofs or the lip masks. I cancelled after I got that box. I could buy the items they chose at the 1.00 store. Since summer box is going to be different I'm giving them another chance. I got Allure beauty box off and on for years and decided to try fff.

When I joined over a year ago I felt there was value in my box but that feeling slowly dwindled over time. The spring box was disappointing and that cactus cup actually irritated me beyond words - that was dollar store crap in a cardboard box - I'd be surprised if the true value of that box was even as much as what I paid for it. As for people claiming west coast gets leftovers? Everything starts PST - 9am for you, 12pm for me same thing - no headstart.

We all shared the same experience, missed customization, received items from previous boxes and that cactus cup just added to our landfill problems. I’m so bummed, FFF used to be such a treat. Giving them one more try.

I liked my Spring box. ????‍♀️ I’m not sure I want to customize my whole box bc I like being surprised. I’m not sure how I feel about this now.

I thought I read customization April 23rd 1:30 PT tried all day and nothing. If I missed early customization I’ll be very upset. I fully agree spring box left a lot to be desired. Glad to hear I was t only one displeased with it. I’ve had other great boxes!!

Hmmm. I loved the spring box. Everything! (Cactus cup is like a gag gift. I thought it funny, albeit unusable.) So far the summer box seems unappealing to me but we'll see. Can't please us all every time!

I agree with everyone...the spring box was weak. That cactus cup was beyond ridiculous. Plus for some reason, I also missed customization and received a lot of needless stuff. I am looking forward to the summer box...I just know it will be better.

Michele - That's not true. I live on the East Coast and the times FFF begins and ends anything is in PST. For you, customization may begin at 9AM, but for EST it is 12PM. What's frustrating is that at 12:00 noon I am already in to my day and completely forget that I have to go on to the app or online to customize.

I agree the Spring box was crap and either I threw things away (stupid cactus cup) and others stuff still sitting there waiting for Goodwill. I decided to wait for the Summer box before I cancel, just in case.

Well I’m glad to see everyone thought their spring box was crap. I gave that stupid cactus cup to my toddlers. They didn’t want it. And let’s talk about that bucket hat... it’s very 1995. Customer service was good though, they sent me some stuff because I missed customization, so I’m very happy with that. I’m just praying I don’t miss it again! Lord knows it’s hard enough to find it on the site.

I didn’t get a spring box. I talked to them 3 times, all saying I would be getting the box. Still don’t have it. This summer box better be awesome or I’m gone. And tell Bucky he forgot to send me my boxes.

I totally agree with many, the spring box was crap. When I saw that plastic cactus cup, I was done. If the summer one isn't better...I will be done. BTW, I threw that cup away, I couldn't even recycle it!

I had to wait 2 months to get my spring box and didn't even get all the items I chose because my box was left in processing stage until I sent multiple messages, then they replaced some of my items with items from previous boxes, not to mention that some of my add-ons were missing, it was super frustrating, hopefully this summer box will not be a dissapointment, but so far I don't see much that catches my eye.

I definitely considered canceling my subscription. The spring box was absolutely awful. Summer one ..... I hope it’s better. If not I will be spending my money on something else.

So stoked about this news! I'm 59 today. A couple years ago I quit fff as the options for choosing weren't always applicable to my needs. I signed back up (loved the gifts fff gave me for re-enlisting) but wasn't real happy with my choices. This new spin? I have a feeling it's going to be a win-win for everyone. Thank you fff for going the extra mile. Us older gals appreciate this. ????

I'm so happy about this! I love being able to pick all of my items or even skip and buy something else. I won't feel like I wasted money! I literally have 3 FFF full of stuff I've never used from past boxes.

I’ve been happy with fff I get my customization in emails I don’t always like the choices and things are always out of stock but I’ve been satisfied with my boxes. I’ve been a member for two years I think and only once I was dissatisfied. Thank you fff.

Hmmm....sometimes I get to customize and sometimes I don’t. All in all there’s always something in there that I can use or give to one of my girls if I’m not gonna use it. The only thing that really irritates me is when it’s time to go on and buy add-ons; every time and I mean every time in the last three years, stuff has been sold out and I know it’s because East Coast gets first grab West Coast gets that leftovers. The next box is my last box it’s been fun while it lasted

Wow, maybe it’s not my seizures that is causing the problem, but I blamed them for asking for help when I chose the items I wanted. I was (and still am) getting excellent customer service, but I thought I was the only one who needed help in customizing my box. I’ll still probably ask for help, but I’m glad I’m not alone.

I too was incredibly disappointed with the Spring 2021 box. Customizing is not user friendly so I missed the date and received a box of garbage in my opinion.

For seasonal members customization is May 7th-10th. For seasonal members it begins May 20th.

Exactly I’ve been a subscriber for 3 years and miss customization 90% of the time all though I have the app it’s literally impossible to find! Also why I’m sorry to say this will be my last year renewing unfortunately

Download the app and click on “my box” when it’s ready (ie May 7-10 for the summer box). It’s super easy in the app.

Annual members can customize between May 7-10 for the Summer box! It’s like a maze to find it on their site (it’s no where on the app) and they don’t make it easy!! :(
