How exactly does multi-wave light work?
Infrared (IR) light stimulates your natural collagen and elastin, red light increases circulation to promote a more vibrant complexion and amber light reduces the appearance of redness, swelling. and inflammation.

What are the recommended treatment areas?
You can use the device on your forehead (worry lines), crow’s feet, above the nose bridge and smile lines and minimize the appearance of any wrinkles. You can also pair the device with your favorite serums and topicals for enhanced results like the Elemis Peptide4 Night Recovery Cream-Oil or Murad® Rapid Collagen Infusion™ to reap the benefits.

How do you use the device?
1. Wash and dry the desired treatment area.
2. Turn the device on.

Can you use it every day?

guys it does work! when you put the batteries in there is a little metal square on the inside of the cap it needs to be touch the little metal bit on the device when the cap is screwed on. There is also a little notch on the outside of the cap of the device. make sure when you screw the cap back on that it sits under the battery sign. Hope this helps.

Mine worked great a few times. Wouldn’t turn on so I changed the batteries and still doesn’t work. Disappointing.

I can’t get mine to work either all I get is the red light ??? If there is a way to change it to a different color I haven’t found it!! I have watched the video on it and it only shows them using the red light?? So not sure what is up ??

Disappointed, mine initially worked intermittently now not at all.I have tried new batteries it worked again for a couple of days.Perhaps it's a faulty switch!

The lights are combined. Mine is shotty as well. Licks and chooses when it feels like turning on. Looks like you’ve got a real dud fff! I do hope you plan on rectifying this! It spears there are many many unhappy recipients. Me included.

And then, of course, there s the cost to factor in. (Do you really need to drop $300 on a wand to supercharge your serums? Eh, probably not.) But every so often a shiny new piece of technology shows up that does for skin care what the first iPod did for MP—it changes the game.

Mine works great. Feels great. The first time, I have to hold the button until it comes on. But each time I turn it on for a new spot it comes right on

Yup, same complaint. What a bummer. This was the one thing I was looking forward to! Tried new batteries, changed how thr are arranged, checked troubleshooting on their page, googled it and now I’m just pissed off. I swear I followed all instructions to a a T!

I can't get mine to turn on! FFF even sent a replacement and that doesn't turn on either. My own batteries don't work as well. Very frustrated!

Mine doesn't work properly, it keeps turning off before the 3 mins is up. Sometimes it doesn't turn on at all. I used brand new batteries

The light colors are combined. The instructions are inside the box and state there are no user settings and that it has a 3 min timer. Also the outside of the tool shows you the direction of the batteries.. out the negative side in first. There’s also a customer service number if your light doesn’t turn on. Mine works perfectly.

Is it only the red light? It tells you the benefits of the different colors, however I can not figure out how to switch it from red to any other color. Also wish it would stay on longer as my spa therapist said to get benefits I would need to treat each area for a minimum of 20 minutes but this shuts itself off every 3 minutes.
