2017 was a year of some pretty great tunes including a long-awaited return from Sam Smith and a killer album from Kendrick Lamar. So as the year comes to a close, we’re looking back at our most-played tracks from the year.

Without further ado, here are our favorite hits (in no particular order!).

Praying by Kesha

After a terrible, rocky couple of years, Kesha released a gorgeous song in 2017, and you can truly feel her emotions in the lyrics.

Young Dumb & Broke by Khalid

Khalid’s debut single is sure to be the anthem of graduating high school classes across the nation.

HUMBLE. by Kendrick Lamar

This song is so good, we should just “sit down.”

Shape of You by Ed Sheeran

After a break from social media and releasing music, good ol’ Eddy returned in true Ed Sheeran fashion with this super danceable yet somehow folky tune.

Wild Thoughts by DJ Khaled feat. Rihanna, Bryson Tiller

A Carlos Santana sample in a DJ Khaled song? That’s wild.

Attention by Charlie Puth

After rising to fame with features in songs like Wiz Khalifa’s See You Again, this single really caught our attention.

Too Good at Goodbyes by Sam Smith

He’s back! It had been so long, it honestly felt like Sam Smith really was saying goodbye to music. We missed you, Sam!

Bad Liar by Selena Gomez

Selena has really stepped up her game and has been releasing killer tracks all year. We’d be lying if we told you we didn’t listen to this song on repeat for weeks.

Look What You Made Me Do by Taylor Swift

Love it or hate it, there’s no denying T-Swizzle came back with a bang.

Unforgettable by French Montana

We guess you could say this song is pretty unforgettable (sorry, we had to).

Swish Swish by Katy Perry

Remember when Katy Perry released this track after Bad Blood? Will the feud between Katy Perry and Taylor Swift ever end?

Malibu by Miley Cyrus

Who else imagines themselves driving along the Pacific Coast Highway when Miley’s comeback track comes on the radio?

What About Us by P!nk

Crank the music up, roll down the car windows, and belt this song (just try it).

1-800-273-8255 by Logic feat. Alessia Cara, Khalid

This may not have won “Song of the Year” at the Grammy Awards, but it definitely got a lot of people talking as it stirred the conversation around suicide.

Bodak Yellow by Cardi B

You could’ve easily spotted us singing along to this track all summer. Plus, Cardi B is the first solo female rapper to top the Billboard 100 since Lauryn Hill.
