The Olympics have been the only thing on our mind the past few days. And while we can’t be in Rio to cheer on Michael Phelps or our elite team of gymnasts, we can definitely bring Rio to us with a refreshing cocktail.
You can thank Cachaca, a popular Brazilian liquor that’s the base of almost every cocktail in Rio! So when we found out that David Burke fabrick and Spyglass Rooftop were creating cocktails inspired by Rio, we knew we had to snag the recipes. Whether you’re a sweet or savory kind of person, there’s a cocktail for you. So sit back, cheer on Rio, and bottoms up!
