Explore your options
Fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all, so try various workouts until you find a routine you enjoy. Cottrill sifted through all kinds of videos on FabFitFunTV including yoga, boxing, and dance cardio. “FabFitFunTV has helped me gain confidence by allowing me to try new things in the comfort of my own home,” she says. Give yourself credit
The best things in life, including every fitness journey, happen when you step out of your comfort zone. “I always remind myself that some of my favorite workouts now are things I never would’ve tried if I stayed in my comfort zone,” says Cottrill. “Everyone has to start somewhere, and I hate to sound super cheesy, but if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.” Once you gain the courage to try something new, make sure to reward yourself along the way. You deserve it!
