The votes are in…we asked FabFitFun employees which Fashion Boost Choice item they chose for their Fall Box, and, turns out, the B-low the belt Mia Belt and The Jetset Diaries Cable Knit Beanie were both popular picks.

How could we only choose one item, anyway? Not only is the belt incredibly versatile, the beanie is also easy to style throughout the season. Check out the video above to see what our employees had to say about each item.

Just got my fall box, love the Mer-sea Wrap got the grey and the black cable knit hat, perfect match. I recd the fig lip color which is perfect for me. I will never us the gym bag, I think it's ugly and "Meet you at the Barre" saying ??. Like the jewelry stand, and I love trying new things like the tooth paste n brush, mud mask. I am not a select customer I just happened to get things that I like.

I didn't subscribe to the annual option, but I got a choice. Wish my hat and scarf matched though.

Just got my first box and I love it. I really love the wrap/shawl! It's my favorite, although there wasn't a thing I didn't like. It seems like when I get gifts anymore they are usually gift cards (which I do like) but the delight of receiving a box of wonderful surprises it's what sold me on it. Can't wait for the next one!

Not happy either . Received no email to pick choice. Nothing in spam. Just got my box. No Bennie which I wanted & no toothpaste which I wanted . Got some bad items I'll never use. May not continue with this. Mud mask I won't use rather the Other items I didn't get Dianna

Also. My colors did not match anything. Was hoping for pale pink. I got green scarf. Hot hot pink lipstick. Black belt that doesn’t fit I at least would have prefers the warm colors as they look best on me. So it is disappointing. If they ask and then I added on and got all 3 colors I didn’t want.

I completely agree. For me, surprises are the fun part when it comes to subscription boxes. I have only positive things to say about FabFitFun. The items I won't use I plan to gift to friends or donate.

Loved the Fall box. I agree with others that are astonished at the complaints. Consider the price you paid for the box. It is a great deal and so much fun. I think this was one of the best boxes. If the colors aren't for you, give the items away as treats for others or get out of your comfort zone and try something different. Live life to the fullest!!

Disappointed with the fall boxi think the gym bag was terrible and the jewelry holder I won't use those at all. I'm going to try one more box and see otherwise its would be a waste of $.

I am reading so many bad comments. I have been with FabFitFun for a year now. I am truly more happy since I got the VIP box! I can choose my colors! I can choose my items! And I still get a few pieces that are a surprise! I am truly happy with my Box! It always feels like Chritsmas when I see the box in the mail! P.S. I also keep all the boxes to organize my art supply. I think they are so great looking and putting them to recycle, is such a waste! Thanks Fabfitfun! :-)

I am happy with the fff box formula. Anything in not in love with I can give to a friend. Always on point, and the gym bag is adorable.

I love when the box arrives but this is my third and honestly possibly my last. The majority of the items are not items workable for me for example there needs to be choice in colors. I don't wear red lip color ever yet that what I received. I wear nudes. Don't wear blue but get a blue teal scarf. I have a camel color belt when I only wear black... There needs to be better choices. I feel I received a box that is better suited for a blond which I am not.

I do like getting surprises but I would at least like to have a choice on color. For instance, I received red lipstick and I do not wear red ever. I got the small gym bag which I will never ever use. I know the idea is to be surprised, but maybe you should consider at least giving a few options. I will continue and see how the next one goes. Hope you all consider some of these comments before sending out the next box. Thank you

I did receive an email to make my choices at 3:45am, but when I opened to respond at 7:30 I was told the window was closed. I checked my Spam folder to see if I missed something, nope. There is no benefit to VIP program. I am also pretty disappointed with item in this box, except the scarf--it is great, but not worth $45

You can only make a choice if you’ve signed up for their year subscription. Otherwise, it’s a mystery as to what you get. If you did sign up for the year, then you should’ve gotten an e-mail, which may have ended up in the junk folder.

First thing is this was my first box. It would seem to me when I signed up they would have let me pick some of the things I did want but, they didn't. I got the brown belt SNF if I had to get the belt I would much rather have had the black one as, it would have matched everything. I wanted the beanie but didn't get that one the gym bag was a total waste I won't EVER use that. I did like like the whish mud mask and received the lighter shade of the lip color which I loved. My box was late just received it on the 28th of September I wad promised a $5 credit on the winter box and I still have the e- mail so I'm waiting to see if that happens. I'm gonna try this one more and see whats gonna happen I guess time will tell hope the next box is better than this one was VERY dissppointed Sincerely, Mary Mills

It would be nice to have some choice. I received no email letting me know that I could make choices. Neither did my daughter. I'm getting a lot of stuff in the boxes that will just sit around in my house. I doubt I will spend that kind of money again when there is no choice. Poor communication.
