Every year we make resolutions for the new year. By the end of the year, sometimes we realize we haven’t stuck to the goals we set for ourselves in January. Let’s make 2017 the year we actually stick to our resolutions. Here are my top three tips to stay on track to meet your goals this year.

Consistently remind yourself. Write your resolutions on post-it notes and stick them to your bathroom mirror. The daily reminder will help you to think of your goals throughout the year.

Track your progress. Keep a daily or weekly journal that tracks your progress towards meeting your goals. Once you see that you’re achieving results, you’ll be more likely to stick to your plan.

Tell a friend. Share your goals with your boyfriend, your spouse, your family, and your friends. Those who know you well will provide unconditional support to help you stay on track.
