So happy that I read the reviews! Saw the commercial on TV and was super excited to check it out (it looked like a great deal). After reading the reviews, I quickly changed my mind. Sounds like the majority of your customers are unhappy, not a good image to have when you're trying to get new clientele. It's a pass for me.

So sad reading these comments. I totally agree and am disappointed with the quality (or lack, thereof) of items in the box. I have been an annual member for several years and it is so crazy how bad the boxes have become and will also be cancelling my subscription. Sorry, FFF--you went VERY WRONG at some point--not sure why...

Wow. I recently left IPSY because they are falling apart. I came here to start an annual subscription and curiously scrolled down expecting lots of happy comments...I'm glad I did..I am not starting a subscription after all. Sounds like FFF is even worse than IPSY and that got pretty rough. I am sad though...i know it used to be great(per friends). Really is too bad.

I bought the extra fabulous flocking lashes. It is horrible! The inside cap is too tight for the brush to come out, pulls the cap out to made a mess everywhere. How can I get this replaced with better mascara? Also the hammered tins were beautiful but the covers a very very tight I could not remove it had to get my husband to get a tool. How do I get help with this? Thanks

Like so many others posted, I am disappointed with this box. Over the last few years, I have found that I cannot use many items included in all boxes, as I am now disabled. Physically, I cannot use makeup, skin care, etc. But I know that is not FFF's fault, and I continued to subscribe. Customization helped, as I could choose items I could use. However, two of the four customization items I chose this time were unavailable, so I got more items I cannot use. I was to receive a partial refund in lieu of one item but did not get it. This is the second time I was promised a refund I did not receive. Sadly, I think I am done with FFF.

I was completely satisfied with my fall box. I loved every item in my box, especially the throw blanket. I couldn't chose one or the other in choices so I added alot of extra items. :)

So disappointed when I received my box today. Worst box I have ever received. Smaller box. Design of box is poor. Less items. Poor selection of items. Cheaper items. I was advised that Items I selected were not available when processing my box and I would have to select something else and selection was minimal. Also disappointing is that the box contents are not in the brochure in the box resulting have to go online to view it. Overall, this box rates a 0. For the last year, I’ve been waiting for each box to get better. This will probably be my last box.

Same as everyone else, never got a customization email and most of the items are useless. Really, tiny can of non alcoholic beer? REALLY??? I think my time with FFF is at its end. So disappointed.

This is the worse box. I feel like i got what no one else wanted. I didnt get the notice to customize anything. Im tired of getting wine vouchers when i made it clear i dont drink. I have 3 more somewhere. And vouchers for free delivered meals. Thats a scam i can get same tbing from tv. I dont have pierced ears. I cant use the skin care. I told them before what i can use. I will also cancel my orders. Its a shame. I look forward to these. This is awful.

I never received customization notice and I am very dissapointed with this box...The choices you made were worthless. I have like 5 cheese boards and i got my 6th one - lash curler ? Really! not excited at all. I wasted my money on bunch of stuff that needs to go to garbage. I do not intend to continue after seeing this box.

Same price box but we only get 6 things now instead of 8? FFF used to actually BE fun. Now it’s just something that makes me wonder why I wasted my money. Cancelling. They got too big and couldn’t handle it apparently. Bummer.

I'm sorry to say this is my last box, and I have been a member for several years now. Like someone else said, I don't care about customization. What I loved about my box was seeing what's in it. I want to be suprised, and then loved going through the brochure to see the other things, but now that's gone. I've been disappointed on several occasions with some of the items over the years but still kept my membership, but sadly, this box sealed the deal. I've always felt the "value" price listed was ridiculous, and not even realistic, but in the beginning there were some nice things. Now it just seems cheap. $60 for a cheeseboard? And the plastic tray? These companies get a lot of exposure by being in these boxes, which I assume is why you can do this. There are too many other box deals out there fore to stay with FFF any longer. I'm kind of sad, but $50 is a lot of money these days. I'm tired of being stuck with stuff I'll never use and wouldn't even give as a gift to someone. Thanks, it was fun for a while.

So disappointed in this fall box. One of my guilty pleasures is having this subscription. I feel like they just threw all the leftover things in my box to say they filled it. Who curls their eyelashes. Don't people know that is terrible for your lashes... and a can of beer with no alcohol... wtf is that. Just seemed like a bunch of random junk thrown together. Like others, after seeing what i COULD have gotten versus what I actually got was very disappointing. Going to a different subscription box after this year.

I am very disappointed in the fall box which I received today. In ads you show cobalt swirl Dutch oven, cheeseboard, copper candle, jewelry, etc. to entice members only to be disappointed. I did not receive any one of those items! The box was not even sealed, open on one side. I am not even sure I received all the items of the box. The box was half empty.

Please put information on items back in the brochure. If I want recipes or other random info, I can certainly look that up on my own. I tried searching through your online lists, and I still can't find all of the items I received. For the first time, I'm seriously considering cancelling my FFF subscription. I agree with Tracey Koches (above) that the boxes used to be so fun. What happened? Disappointed.

Yes, this was a horrible box. I'm an annual member and did not get a customization email. I'm hoping I can get a few bucks in a garage sale for some of the junk. I can't wait until I can non-renew my subscription. I actually would have chosen the Kure shampoo and conditioner because I buy it from my hairdresser. Instead I got a toothbrush I have absolutely no need for. I've got a whole Goodwill box full from last two shipments. Not what I hoped for when I subscribed.

After customization,(which was a nightmare, because it wasn't working, I finally got through to customer service to assist in my choices and confirm them, then my box came in and it wasn't with the choices that I chose for customization. There are many items that are total junk and even my 13yr old twins didn't want and I have no use for. I have a stack of junk items from previous boxes that really serve no purpose. It would be better to skip the cheap junk items and just focus on quality.

I also missed the customization option I never got an email about it as I usually do. I am not happy with what came in my box, for $50 box I got things that were nowhere near that value and things I wouldn't even pick out for myself. I don't do much for myself this is the one thing I do I look forward to, but if I don't even get the option to choose what comes I won't continue to be doing this. And looking over the things that I could have chosen versus what I got made me very disappointed

Super disappointed. I also somehow missed customizing my box and feel like I got the cheapest leftovers. Also, I’m super disappointed with the customer service. I called and message chatted many times, wasted over an hour of my time, only to be hung up on after being told they couldn’t help. I was given a gift of a $250 gift certificate and wasn’t able to redeem it(after trying MANY times over a couple weeks). All they could say is the system was down (with no idea of when it might be fixed).

Seeing all the other comments about missing customization makes me wonder if that email even got sent. I missed it as well, and like so many other people have already commented, I feel like I got all the leftovers no one else wanted. A toothbrush? A cheap looking plastic and felt jewelry holder? Boring trivia cards about food? And really, hair gel?! What is this, the 80’s? Nobody uses gel anymore! My box had been pilfered, which is obviously not your company’s fault, and there were items missing according to the list above, but even the thief who went through my box left most of the crap. And it’s going in the dumpster, along with my subscription. The last few boxes have been sooo boring. Stuff I just wouldn’t even spend money on. It’s too bad, because for years I would always get excited about the arrival of my FabFitFun box. It’s really gone downhill. 😔

I look forward to the surprise of the box and never opt to customize. I carefully avoid viewing any of the items that will be in there until my box arrives and I can go through the magazine and compare it with the items in my box. I was deeply disappointed to find that the magazine no longer contains the list of items so that I can compare what I received versus what I could have gotten had I customized. The lottery feeling is a big part of the fun for me and now it’s just a box of junk that I can’t even say is better than the other junk unless I go online. If I was going to go online to look at all the options, I could just customize and get exactly what I wanted— at which point I don’t need a subscription box because I can go online and buy the things I already know I like. If you make me go online to look at things, again, I might as well just make my own purchases and forget FFF.

JUNK JUNK and MORE JUNK! I agree the last few boxes were TERRIBLE! I didn’t miss the customization date and still found my choices extremely disappointing! Will be canceling and looking into different subscriptions.

This box was highly disappointing and a waste of money in my opinion. I have received a few boxes before and I should have cancelled after the box where I got about 30 masks... I will be cancelling. I don't recommend at all.

I’m very disappointed in my boxes! I’ve only had two. I missed custom order by a day, and I received mostly cheap stuff I wouldn’t even give to my granddaughter. I won’t be recommending to anyone if my next box isn’t any better.

WORST BOX EVER! I missed customization and ended up with the cheapest and useless stuff that I would never order! I have been disappointed in the last YEAR of boxes. I started to receive duplicates of things I received in previous boxes and absolutely out of line of all of my pat choices. I am also disappointed that the box contents are not in the brochure and the box designs have lost their pizzazz! I also didn't get my add-on but i was charged 2 weeks ago. WTAF if happening.

Totally Disappointed in the boxes lately. I agree with all of the other reviews, unfortunately I did miss customization as well. But being an Annual member I would think the choices would have been better. The value was no where near what they are advertising you're supposed to get. Mine was maybe $250 value and they advertise $350 Value. I'm planning to cancel as well and hope to find another company that can deliver what is promised.

I swear I just got the random stuff no one else wanted. Because I don’t even want this stuff. I’ve never missed a customization time before so this super sucks. Especially when I feel like there were finally things I would have loved. I guess that’s why I already cancelled my subscription- it’s just not worth it.

I am also disappointed that this does not appear in the magazine in the box. I actually keep these pages of the magazine as a fun way to look back on what I've received over the years (or to remember an item I liked and want to reorder). Not having a hard copy is really disappointing.

WORST BOX EVER! I missed customization and ended up with the cheapest and useless stuff that I would never order! I have been disappointed in the last couple of boxes. I started to receive duplicates of things I received in previous boxes. I received a very small jar of powder that was supposed to be worth $22, and it was not even half full. It was used up in a week. Not worth $22! I think after all these years, it is time to cancel. I am also disappointed that the box contents are not in the brochure and the box designs have lost their pizzazz!

Disappointed that this brochure is not in the box. I refer back to it a lot. Kind of a pain to have to go online to look at it. Also the boxes are not as decorative as they used to be. I always reused them to give Christmas presents and the boxes were pretty without wrapping paper. Now they all seem to be the same dull orangey color.
