Pumpkin spice and everything nice…this pretty much sums up everything we love about fall.

So to feed our obsession, even more, we’re giving our bath the perfect fall touch with pumpkin spice bath salts. This Pinterest-worthy DIY couldn’t be easier to make and you’ll smell so good afterward.

What are you waiting for? Here’s what you’ll need…

  • Epsom salt
  • Mason jar
  • Pumpkin spice essential oil (or a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, cardamom, ginger, and orange essential oils).
  • Optional: orange food coloring (or red and yellow food coloring)

Directions:

step1 Step 1: Measure how much Epsom salt you need by filling up your mason jar.

step2 Step 2: Dump the salt from your mason jar into a large bowl. If you want to give your bath salts an orange tint, add eight drops of yellow food coloring and two drops of red food coloring. Stir until completely combined. (Note: it will tint your bath water, but it isn’t saturated enough to stain your skin or your tub.)

step3 Step 3: Add a splash of pumpkin spice essential oil into the mix. You can also DIY your own pumpkin spice blend with four drops of cinnamon essential oil, three drops of nutmeg essential oil, three drops of ginger essential oil, three drops of clove essential oil, two drops of orange essential oil, and one drop of cardamom essential oil.
