Earth Day is tomorrow and what better way to celebrate our green thumbs and herb gardens than with a delicious cocktail made with ingredients straight from the ground? Soil wouldn’t be the best ingredient to add in a cocktail (obvi), but we decided to opt for one of our most beloved veggies to create a fun, earthy twist on the classic Bloody Mary.

Vandal of New York City created one delicious libation which tastes like it was prepared right in the garden. With light gin, tart lemon, and savory bell pepper juice, this just may become your next favorite drink.
