Avocado Basil Pesto
Ingredients:
1 avocado
Handful of basil
1⁄2 lemon, juiced
1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions:
In a blender, blend the ingredients until smooth. Add 1⁄4 cup water if you want the pesto to be a thinner consistency. Serve it with chips, or use it as a sauce with your favorite pasta.

Strawberry Lemon Basil Water
Ingredients:
1⁄4 cup strawberries, sliced
