What happens when you combine your favorite dessert flavors with alcohol? You’ve got yourself the most delicious cocktail ever (like, ever). Try shaking up these boozy cocktails, which infuse Baileys Original Irish Cream (a blend of fine Irish whiskey, Irish dairy cream, and rich chocolate and vanilla flavors) with the dessert tastes you know and love.

Sugar Cookie Martini

Ingredients:
1.5 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream
1.5 ounces vanilla vodka
1 ounce Amaretto
Sprinkles for garnish

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except sprinkles in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and pour into a martini glass. Top with sprinkles and serve.


Gingerbread Martini

Ingredients:
1 ½ ounce Baileys Original Irish Cream
1 ounce vodka
½ ounce gingerbread syrup
½ scoop vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream for topping

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except whipped cream in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and pour into a martini glass. Top with whipped cream and serve.


Baileys Espresso Martini

Ingredients:
1 ½ ounce Baileys Original Irish Cream
¾ ounce Ketel One Vodka
¾ ounce espresso
3 coffee beans to decorate

Directions:
Pop all the ingredients apart from the coffee beans in a cocktail shaker. Shake it up until everything is blended and the liquid is smooth as silk. Strain into a martini cocktail glass and garnish with the three coffee beans.
