Here we are at Jan 24 and I don't see any reply from Customer Service that the packaging, customization and delivery vs payment have been satisfactorily resolved. Makes me think that nobody is monitoring this comment section. I got an email asking me how I liked the robe, aromatherapy, mugs .. none of which I received therefore I thought I hadn't received the winter box as yet. I concur with other customers that the packaging was very poor and frankly thoughtlessly thrown together. I am an annual member and as such have higher expectations with regard to customization etc ... Please do us the kind favour of responding. Thank you

As suspected terrible box ..I never do nails ..I got that..I don't suffer from acne so I got acne patches.. I recall doing a profile that states what I would be interested in and it seems as though they picked everything I wouldn't want..stickers and a bunch of cards I won't ever use and let's not forget the kind bar..seriously The only thing worth anything is the eye cream that is miniature ..Thanks ...late box and looks to be left over crap nobody wanted..I'm unsubscribing

This is my second box if I ever receive it. FFF took payment back in November. The tracking # they provided to me over 2wks ago still isn't valid. I'm done with FFF. The items they are showing that supposedly in the Box look extremely cheap not worth the money. I requested refund instead they give me $10 credit.

I was so disappointed in this box! 1. They took the money out of my account in November, my box arrived January 15, 2021 2 and it looked like they threw in the left overs! Clear nail polish, stickers, cutting boards, Vera Bradley bag (small)! I called about the box and offered $10 off my next box! No thank you

I'm glad to know that I am not the only one EXTREMELY disappointed with the Winter box!! What a bunch of crap! I can't even give the stuff away. Those Kate Spade earrings my grandma wouldn't even wear. Hideous! If the next box sucks too, I'm done with FFF.

I can't believe some people are still waiting to receive their box, this is unacceptable. The least you guys can do is to, inform your customers and keep them in the loop.

I'm not surprised by these negative comments. I too was disappointed in the winter box. First off, the box itself was boring. I feel like the boxes are getting cheaper each season. The ear rings are cheap and no better than a pair from dollar general. And what was the deal with the snack bar!? I think I'm done with fff, the thrill is gone.

The winter box was my fist box and I had a really delightful experience with this box. I LOVE it! I’ve already recommended it to friends. I could see the reflections of my preferences in the items that were chosen for me. There was a bit of learning curve in understanding the optimization process ( timing) and shippping but the fff team communicated it to me via email. This box is a GREAT VALUE no matter how you cut it, so I wouldn’t let poor reviews stop you from ordering. Part of the magic of the box was allowing space to be delighted by the surprises.

Why do I keep getting winter customization emails when I’ve had the winter box for weeks now? I didn’t get to customize needless to say there was only 2 things in the box useful to me. I said the last box I wasn’t going to continue getting an thought I’d see what the winter one was well..... I do think it’s time I find a more fitting box for me. I got my daughter boxy charm and she gets a lot more nice stuff for leas than I do!! The Kate spade earrings hurt my ears so bad I couldn’t even wear for a day. I can not wear cheap earrings so I’m sure the cost was just the name. Very disappointed I. The last several boxes.

Glad to see that I’m no the only person who didn’t get a customization email. I had to just keep going in and checking to see when it was open to do it. By the time I realized customizations were open all the decent stuff was already gone! How disappointing. I was a customer before for a few years or so and cancelled but came back for the cute coffee mugs! I’ll see how the next box is before I decide to cancel again or not! My experience is like many others here. If customer service is reading this to make improvements for the future: no email notification for customization = disappointment and unwanted items that end up thrown out or regifted. Do you normally send email notifications or do I have to check in regularly? Also, unimpressive brown box with items haphazardly thrown in = an experience I don’t look forward to nor would I recommend to friends nor buy for others as gifts. Do you want your boxes to continue to be a success that people will want to gift and gift again? Mine was supposed to be a gift, but it didn’t feel like a gift. It felt like rummaging through a bin at Marshals/Winners/TJMaxx, looking for something I might be able to use, which is too bad because I really wanted this as a gift and really looked forward to my first unboxing. I didn’t even bother taking pictures or posting anything as it wasn’t worth posting. I have an annual subscription so I’m really hoping my next box will be better or I’ll feel like it was just a waste of a gift and money. Past ones have looked amazing. Hopefully you’ll put more thought into future boxes as you have with past ones! If you continue to have reviews like the ones on this page, I don’t imagine your boxes will continue to do well moving forward.

Right there with the others in my opinion of this box. What a let down! Going back through the reveal, I could barely remember what I received because they made such a “non” impression! Two items I regifted, and was not thrilled with either. The rest were throw away items that I will never use. I can’t decide whether to just cancel my subscription now or give them one more chance to wow me. ????‍♀️

I have been a customer for a couple of years. I have always loved my boxes! This Winter one not so much. First the box itself was not as pretty as the others: brown and smaller. I did customize but got a couple wrong items. Their was a chance to select 3 eye items and I got 2. Then 2 hair items for long hair : I got both and I have short hair. The blush I got was “ cheap” . I was very disappointed. The hair bow is not worth 48! The company can do nothing about shipping right now shipping is a mess ! If my Spring box isn't a lot better, I’ll have to cancel.

Still no winter box, my mom received her box and she wasn’t happy, she said she didn’t get customization notice but with how the PROFILE personally picked items should work , a 77 yr old women who IS DISABLED unable to WORKOUT gets USELESS CHOICES, last time a curling iron without the glove, useless, FFF has really not kept their standard from when they first started and my membership began a several yrs ago!

I somehow managed to sign in and select my customizations, but I'm disappointed to say, I wasn't real thrilled with the choices. First off, I was thrilled about the robe. When it came, I was bummed that it was cut out without regard to the nap of the fabric. I ordered some add ons, and of the 5 garments I ordered, only one fit as it said it would. I'm optimistic that the next box will be better. I hope you all at least have your health.

This was our worst box by far. Everything was thrown in carelessly and like many others we did not get the option to customize. It feels like there was very little thought put into it and for a service that only comes four times a year, it really needs to be better. If our next one isn’t better we’re cancelling.

Based on this article, I am clearly missing items from my box. This box was very disappointing to me and I feel like they have gotten increasingly less exciting. I am not sure it is still worth the expense anymore, because I am receiving too many things that I would never use or want (or regift). For the few things that I do like in my boxes, I can just go out and buy it for myself and save some money.

I am so sorry to hear all of your issues. I have been a customer for 4 years now and love my FFF boxes. Some are better than others and as far as customizing my box, I am always so excited about ordering that I am usually on line waiting for the sales to begin I never wait for an email and have always been able to customize my box. I have never had any big issues and when I contact customer service they always address my issues right away. Now that I have said all that Murphys Law will get me on the next box and everything will be wrong. My only real complaint is I really miss how the box was packed, it is not special and doesn't feel personally picked for me. I know that sounds silly but I felt a little pampered and special with the old box now my stuff is just thrown in and filled with ugly brown paper. I hope everyone who is waiting for there boxes that you get them before Christmas and you get everything you ordered. Happy Holidays ????

I ordered something from Etsy, in which this particular vendor was in California and got it very quickly. I think the FFF boxes are shipped from California as well. I realize it has to come across the country since I live in Virginia, but this is crazy!

I think my choices look great on the screen because I haven't received my Winter Box yet. Every time I check my tracking # it tells me that because this parcel is heavy its taking extra time. Also, NOT saying when it will be here either. So does that mean that not one person wants to lift a finger(literally) to put a box onto a truck? The thing is my add-ons aren't in this parcel and its short an item. Well, didn't FFF know that this might happen? They had to feel how "heavy" it was as they were processing it, so maybe planning ahead will be an idea? I had to when the item I was counting on being here by now, is not. I'm in Canada, but I can see????Detroit and I'm paying..ready..US$32 for shipping for each box on top of a yearly membership and I'm spending like mad on add-ons and they're not that good. Original expected delivery date was 11/25. According to tracking, my box has been sitting in New Jersey since 11/28. I have annual membership so I was able to customize. Anxiously awaiting my add-ons. Hopefully I will receive undamaged in the near future.

I ordered a ton of add-ons and was billed at the beginning of Nov. I got a message that my box shipped and has been sitting at Pitney Bowes for a month. After emailing FFF to ask for help, I basically got a boilerplate response and then a new tracking number which shows it hasn’t shipped yet. What?? I’m a select member. Why pay for that service and get your box last, or not at all. I’m now having to go out and buy gifts for those people I intended to give the add ons to. Really disappointed.

I did received advance notification of items I’d prefer in my FFF box however, I wasn’t that thrilled about the choices. In saying that, there were a couple of items I did like. I also found the blusher difficult to open so I used a nail file to pry it open. Personally, I’d love to see more colognes and scents offered.

I love the unhide, headband, mugs, mascara, face wash, mirror, sorbet, cutting boards and everything from category 4!! I was so excited with this box I added in like everything!! Didn’t care much for the FFF picks but I think I got the value of the box in just the luxurious robe alone, I haven’t even wanted to take it off. I think the boxes keep getting better and better, can’t wait to see what’s in store for spring!!

I hope there is someone actually paying attention to these comments and taking some action. I thought I was only one who didn’t get a notification to customize. It looks like my negative experience is actually one of too many others. Hours after customization opens, the one item (Murad) I wanted was sold out. I purchased the annual membership because I was promised extra choices etc and this is not the case. I think we can all agree that there are a few nice things that come from the boxes (I didn’t need or want another blanket but I have to say I love my Unhide) but they need to figure out the process and make it fair for everyone and market it honestly.

I am new to this. I paid alot of money and was quite disappointed that I didn't get to pick anything. I would have loved the robe I'm seeing here plus a few more items. I paid a year in advance I sure hope it's not going to be this way everytime

I hope FFF is reading all of these and will make an offer to those of us who were not given a chance to customize. Otherwise, it looks as if they will lose a large amount of their customer base...

I was very disappointed in the Fall Box. I received my box it was wet end and items were missing. I sent pictures and told that my box was damaged. Never any responce. Hoping the winter box is better!!

I never understand why people complain about their boxes? I love everything in mine! The unhide blanket is so amazing! Happy I got that two years in a row! Caudalie is one of my fave brands, was so excited to get that in my box! Love my muk luk slippers! The box is $50 and well valued over that. I end up using the things I didn't think I would use!

I agree with a lot of the posts above, I didn't get to customize my choices and most of the items I was sent I will give away. I will likely cancel my subscription as the last few boxes have been disappointing.

I’m a seasonal member and have been for a while now. I got to customize but didn’t get what I picked and for the Robe that I sooo wanted, FFF sent me the XL/Plus size :( I picked the Kate Spade socks and got the Pom Pom socks. Just not happy anymore. I will not renew at the end of this membership.

I received my box and am very happy with my choices. The only thing I have no use for is the croc card case. I will donate it to someone who will love it. I couldn't be happier ☺️

Horrible box. I never got the notification to customize and then didnt receive any of the items that there was to choose from. So dissatisfied with the boxes lately. Really has gone downhill.

This is the second time I was unable to choose my items which is very disappointing after paying extra to have that “perk”. No email was sent, when I signed in to check on customizations, it gave me nothing but add ons. What was actually sent to me was trash that I wouldn’t even gift to someone else. Unacceptable that this is the second box that this has happened with. Sorry to say, I will be cancelling. Bad business.

I threw out two of the FFF choices for me. I cancelled this year because I felt it was going down his in the spring. Now I am definitely canceling.

I love my boxes usually however only thing I love is the robe. Haven used the makeup mirror since I work from home. The scrunchies I will be giving away. My hair is short. Thanks

Sunny my blusher won’t open either!! I had a friend try too! So weird! I even tried a soft stick to see if I needed to push in something but nope still won’t open?!? What’s the trick? I don’t want to break my nails.

I did not get to choose what I got in my winter box :( I got a notification to save the date for choosing. The next notification I got was that it was on its way. That was disappointing.

Despite the directions to order are very simple, the emails usually do not come until the day it’s due or it never come. My complaint is FFF allows the consumer to choose items, but what’s the point, even when I do that everyone, I’m still receiving items I would never choose.

I an truly happy with everything in my box. What I cannot use I give to my daughters or donate. Thank you for always making open my boxes a surprise even on the items I pick out. They are so much better once you see them.

Have twice had to be in touch with you to actually benefit from my annual subscription. I resent therefore that I DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL regarding choosing my gifts for the winter box. All I have learned so far is that for a second time an account has been created for me. Upon checking into this account I learned that the winter box has been shipped ( but not yet received). How do you propose to rectify this inequity?

So disappointed that I paid annually for 2 years and decided to take a break and even though I was still a current member who had paid for a full year ahead of time, they removed my ability to make choices for my final box. I actually thought Boxy was the only box shady enough to do that.

These are all good options. Even though I don't get to pick which ones as I'm only a seasonal, I think I'd be happy with most. Under customization #4: I would love almost any of them besides 4a. Under customization #5: 5a would be my pick. Under customization #6: any of the three would be good. Although I've really been wanting to try 6b. Under #7: I would pick the facial brush. Under #8: I would pick the nail recovery, as I don't use eyeliner. I can't. Always makes my eyes itch.
