Dear FabFitFun Family,
We know the last few days have been incredibly difficult and we want to acknowledge the pain, anger, and frustration that so many people are feeling. We know you all want to do your part to stand up against racial injustice and elicit change. We stand with the Black community against violence and systemic racism. We grieve for the lives of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and countless others. Here are the actions we’re taking as a company:
- We have decided to donate to the NAACP and we are committed to launching a donation matching program so that FabFitFun can amplify employee contributions. We know this is just the start of our ongoing responsibility in the movement for systemic change.
- We are completely committed to inclusivity and diversity where we can make the biggest impact — our ongoing business practices: supporting brands, influencers, and companies backed by people of color, women, and other diverse backgrounds in order to raise their voices and grow their businesses. This is already an important initiative within the company and we are continuing to build on our efforts with even greater transparency and efficacy.
- We are committed to continually using our platform to create content and tell stories that speak to a diverse community.
We have a lot of work to do. We’re listening, learning, and committed to long term change that starts with us.
