I had troubles with the app, although it is useless i figured out the problem with the “token.” Log out of the app and log back in. if you forget your password reset it no big deal. i immediately had no problem connecting my fofo to the app!

For anyone saying they cant find the pin..... it's on that extra little plastic piece in the box...there is an area to scratch off...it has your pin. The fofo is kinda cool but the app is useless. I dont even know if it truley works as I keep getting the same results no matter if it's my young child...my grandma or myself testing it out. Kinda bummed...I will see what this next box is like.

App is useless. Tried 5 times to use. I will just use it anyway. I cancelled my boxes because I never have what they show on their celebrity posts.

For some might have pair up problems like me. I’ve tried to connect my fofo to my phone for like 30 minutes and couldn’t found it. But this may help you, update your app, turn on blutooth, no need to connect to any devices, turn on your fofo untill it blinks, and open the app, it will auto connect with your fofo

I can't get th es thing to link to the app I have tried everything I have cancelled my FFB because every thing I recieved is total crap the makeup brushes didn't even work a month I am so disappointed with my FFB never again will I buy a box oh not to mention the towel is crap it's better to use it as a cover up then a towel that will not dry you off.

The app is just useless.After trying to sync the device for god knows how many times, I just gave up!And what is that piece of flat part that came with it?

I have updated the app as far as it will allow however when I try to pair it to the device, it asks for a pin which I don't have. Pretty bummed.

I agree with Berit. I seem to have the same issue. I cannot get my device to pair. Luna turns on. My Bluetooth works properly so it has to be Luna.

My fofo does not work either. I changed the batteries... nothing. It does not turn on. This is only my second box from FFF and I was looking forward to trying this item. Honestly, if this isn't rectified, I'm going to cancel any future boxes. I'm very disappointed.

I received mine in my FFF box on Saturday, I opened it up and I programmed it right away, I love the Way it analyzed my face and how it was easy to use. My face was soft and had a glow after using it! I think I'm going to love this!

I too can not get mine to analyze my skin either. I feel like I've spent 2 hours trying and I'm not even interested any longer. I won't bother with the run around between the companies either. Not interested in wasting more time. Too bad.

The Foreo I received worked 3x and then completely quit. Even after a battery change it still wouldn't come on. Contacted FFF, who told me that I had to contact Foreo, contacted Foreo and they never replied. I went to FFF's instagram and this seems to be a huge problem. Several people also received devices that do not work and have been getting the runaround from both companies. I was really looking forward to this box. Still holding out hope that they still make it right for everyone who received duds!

the fofo seems to be a bit of a mofo. I can use it to wash my face but the app and the device do not seem to want to link. It would be great if they did

I was able to get the app to work initially, but it doesn’t seem to be fully functioning. I measured my skin and then it wouldn’t let me start cleansing. On my second try, it did go into the cleansing cycle but the app said to follow the graphics “on the following screen”. It never changed screens.

Recieved my Fofo today. Used it one time, it worked well. There is a learning curve. Take your time and you will like it. I have an android phone and the app works fine. You have to have your bluetooth turned on to connect. Page 6 has of the fff summer edition has directions. It also states take it slow. Scratch off for your serial number. You then enter it for warranty. Things are a little confusing, but can be worked through. Fun gadget!

Received the Luna fofo in my box today and the app is a total joke. It doesn’t connect to the device, I’ve tried it several times. I was really excited to try it but I guess I’ll have to just use the device alone

I pasted a long comment not sure if it worked. But FFF got scammed on the Foreo. App doesn’t work well at all on iphone. The skin Analyze the only reason it knows your skin type is because you type it all in when you get the app. Ufo setting doesn’t do anythinf at all. Warrantee doesn’t work in the app. My scratchpad didn’t even come with a number for the warranty. This is junk! Half the time it don’t even work!

I also can't move past the pairing screen. I did at one point and then it says to use the sensor side on my cheek and nothing is moving past that... Very disappointing....

Just received a FOREO Luna Fofo in my fabfitfun box. I set it all up and was wondering if it needed batteries? I know there is no charger. What is the round scrubber disk for? I scratch the number off but i noticed it had bristles and was wondering what i need to use it for? Can any of you help me?

I can't get mine to move beyond the pairing screen with the phone app (using android). :( The light blinks on the Foreo Luna fofo as expected, but it never pairs. Does it need a PIN? Also the link to the manual online to view/download seems to not be working. What a rocky rollout so far!

I own a USB charged FOREO LUNA and I am quite happy with it. I think FOFO, as exciting and revolutionary as it might seem, was released too early. Are we supposed to use the app everytime we use the device? That would be extremely cumbersome, although, judging by the app wizard, it certainly looks like this is the case, and the user manual does not specify much. The app itself is very limited. While I don´t expect statistics that correlate device use with skin condition right from the start, I expect at least a breakdown of use frequency. Also, THE NECK AREA IS COMPLETELY DISREGARDED. No cosmetics professional would do this. Are you guys not cleansing your neck when cleansing your face? I apply all my face treatments to the neck, which can betray your age much faster than the face. And to top it off, after a week of use, this morning I found my device hot to the touch as if shortcircuited. It does not function for more than 5 seconds anymore. I did not submerge it and always kept it standing. I will attempt a battery change later today (by the way, the manual does not mention what type of battery it uses).

So I have an android and I can download the app. When I go to pair it, it ask for a pin? Kind of disappointed that I can't use it as intended.

I thought the flat round piece is a magnet in case you need serial # and who the web site to go to if you need help with the Foreo Luna fofo. But the # I scratched off is different than the one on the box it came in and # on the Foreo Luna. I do know that this one is battery operated, so no cord is needed.

I assume the disk is to scrub the Fofo after use. There is no charging cable as it's battery operated. Do not submerge in water and dry with a towel when done using it so water doesn't get into the batteries. The app is for Android as I have an Android phone and it downloaded just fine. It is a BETA version and they did say an update is coming this so stay tune.

The disk has a spot to scratch off where you'll find a registration number that you can use on the foreo website. I can't link mine to the app, which I was able to download on android, because the blue tooth is asking for 4 digit pin #. Fortunately it does work without linking. So far so good.

My app is also beta. I thought that was strange. I also have not seen an answer regarding the flat disc that came with it. FFF people, don’t you have an answer?

This app is only for iphone owners. Because more people use android phones (google it if you don't believe me), I hope I will be able to download the app on my android. Right now, the fofo will collect dust until the day I can get my hands on the app for my phone. Bummer.

By the way, the food is definitely not waterproof! After three days of using it water managed to find its way into the battery compartment. This was after normal use and setting the fofo down to dry. Enough water pooled from it to fry it. Personally, I wouldn’t buy it. If you make something that deals with water there should be more attention to detail on how to keep water out of the battery compartment.

The foreo worked when I first set it up, but each time I try to sync it to the app, all it does is vibrate as if it were cleansing & the screen doesn’t change at all.

To the above users, even thoughbtje insyruction manual talks about a charhing cord, i believr it is referring to a different foreo. I dont believe the foreo luna fofo uses a charging cord, this one uses a battery that lasts for 400 uses, then you unscrew the bottom plate to replace the battery, see the package instructions under the foreo luna,hope this helps.
