I just received my box 4 days ago and it was not in my box ? I got nail polish and Manna gloss instead bummer had my hopes in getting one of these eyeshadow palette !

I received my box, but it did take longer than usual but probably due to the holidays. I also did not get the palette, which was one of the main reasons why I even ordered the box! I do love the other items and feel that the cost was very justified, and everything was exactly the same except for the Nude Eyeshadow palette, which bummed me out. Any possible way to order it? Thanks!

Everyone seems to receive there box and I haven't got mine yet. I paid for the VIP $179.00 AND STILL WAITING ON IT. I hope that I get the palette in my box

I don't mind that I didn't get it though. I did get some nice stuff that I do use...the candle is amazing!! And so is the mascara I received! A few items weren't me but that's alright. I just gifted them for xmas this past year. I received my winter box in December. When does the spring box come out? Just wondering

I agree--I got a $9 nail polish verses a $50 eye shadow pallet--extremely disappointed!!

I just got my box on the 12th and the eye pallets was in the box along with the polish !! Love them both and hope all who order receive these . I ordered on New Year's Eve and order the Editors box

I wasn't very impressed with my first box, winter. I will give it another cycle and decide whether or not to cancel. I don't use many of the items. Gave them away.

Lol! I did get the pallete in the editors box. Fabfitfun is a great box with great value. If you don't like it because you didn't get 1 item then unsubscribe! There were a few different bonus items and not everyone got the same one. FYI it's good to research before jumping into a subscription. That info could have helped you.

Hey just wanted to meet u guys know that the shadow palette doesn't come in winter box. I've been a subscriber for over a year! It all has a total value way over the 50 u pay for it. Stop complaining. Nothing was taken out of ur boxes. If u don't like the subscription then don't pay for it. This is the best subscription box I get!

The palette was in the Fall box. Which was sent out in September. The planner ($21) and the lotion ($24) alone was practically worth the price of the box. The candle ($45), notes ($24), the necklace ($75), Butter London mascara ($20), and the face peel ($44) were your added value. That face peel was worth it for me. If you consider the perceived value of the items ($21, $15, $15, $12, $35, $20, $35 respectively) you are still are getting well over $100 worth of stuff for $50.

Hi , the palette was placed in other boxes ( fall ?) but the editors box , which you will get if you ordered after December 7, only had the eyeshadow in a few boxes that went out!! Therefore, if you got it / get it it is the luck of the draw. I got the editors box which looks like all the pictures I have seen so far minus the eyeshadow and I can say that I am not disappointed

I didn't get the palette either in my winter box. I received 4 nail polishes that I'll regift. Just ordered the editors box....I hope I get what I saw!

I use bleach when I clean my kitchen and bathrooms. No matter how careful I am, I get small white spots on my clothing. I found that I can take eyeshadow and work into the fabric and the white spot disappears. Not a permanent fix but will allow you to keep wearing the item that was damaged.

Ladies, I wouldn't worry too much. This palette is a cheaper quality Naked palette wannabe. We've got the palette in our BoxyCharm and no one seems to like it due to the lack of pigment. I will say that it would be good for a beginner since it's very forgiving and you really have to build up the pigment or wet your brush for the shimmer shades. It's hard to believe the value of this palette is $50! Kathleen Lights on YouTube agrees that it's not good quality. If you want to spend the money, go for the actual Naked palette from Urban Decay. You will be thanking me later. :) I wish I could be saying otherwise right now. I LOVE makeup SO much, and would LOVE to LOVE all makeup :) However, this palette just missed the mark. :( xoxo

I just received my first box, the editor's box and I didn't get the eyeshadow and was hoping for it. It probably wasn't in very many boxes, my daughter just got her first box too and we had the very same items, same colors and everything. It was all nice things even though we didn't get exactly what we may have wanted. Looking forward to the spring box!!

I signed because of the numerous ads showing the palette - which was NOT in the editors box. I feel like this was a bait and switch advertising promotion that is a violation of the uniform commercial code for false advertising. It was extremely misleading! I will not be ordering anything further as their are many legitimate companies that do not do business in this deceptive way.

Hi. New subscriber here and I received my first box..the Winter box. It did not have the makeup palette. It had a candle, some cream, a small planner, notes with envelopes. Certainly not the stated value. I'm concerned things were removed prior to me receiving the package!! Please advise, Kindly, C

I found another use for the black! I used it as "eye black" when I dressed up as a baseball player for Halloween! And since I used good eye shadow, I had no breaking out on my cheeks!

It is not part of the winter box. It is part of the fall box, which is no longer available. Of course you can purchase it online. Check the fff store, or just google pur cosmetics, and you will find sites to order it from.

From all the adds it was almost implied that the palette would be in the Editors box. Very disappointed that it wasn't included ?

I received the pallette in the Fall box not the Winter Box It is identical to the Naked 2 pallette by Urban Decay and that can be bought via Urban Decay or Sephora

Hey Kim..The pur cosmetic nude palette was in the winter box only. If the winter box is still available and not sold out it will be the box you receive. If the Winter box is sold out its like you're considered in between season so you'll get the typical "welcome box" which won't have the palette in it. There's a small chance after you place an order that the palette is available in their "add ons" but I'm not sure
