With the American dollar at an all-time high and airfare prices expected to see a drop in 2017, it couldn’t be a better time to travel internationally.

Finding inexpensive travel accommodations and flights will be much easier and your dollar will go just a little bit further, which means more bottomless mimosas, nicer hotels, and more exquisite cultural experiences.

So pack your bags and grab your passport because it’s time to travel abroad to one of five destinations below while the prices are in your favor.

Athens, Greece
Recent economic struggles have driven the prices way down in this beautiful country, which is great new for travelers everywhere. You can experience the birthplace of the Olympics, famous philosophers. and Democracy firsthand. You’ll also want to check out Acropolis, (what many people consider to be the quintessential symbol of Athens and Greece), the Acropolis Museum, and the ancient ruins of the Parthenon.

Mazatlan, Mexico
The current exchange rate ($1 equals 19.19 Mexican pesos) makes Mexico a must for your 2017 travel list. For the traveler on a budget, Mazatlan offers a great amount of culture, with beautiful, sandy beaches, tasty eateries, and fresh food for low prices. Be sure to take a stroll by the statues of Malecón or take in an evening performance at Angela Peralta Theatre for a true cultural experience.

San Juan, Puerto Rico
If the Caribbean is on your list of places to travel to, then you’re in luck. The low season for travel is late April through December, so this is a perfect time of year to make the trip. San Juan is convenient for American travelers as the U.S. dollar is legal tender so no money is lost in exchanges. You also don’t need to use your passport to travel here. When you’re there, be sure to talk a walk in Old San Juan to see historic buildings and landmarks. Don’t be afraid to get a little wet and take advantage of the boat tours. Also, Ocean Park boasts some of the country’s best beaches.

Cape Town, South Africa
Another country where the exchange rate is in your favor, visit the capital of the southernmost country in Africa for beautiful sightseeing. The city and its nearby towns and villages boast lush beaches, lagoons, forests, and cliffs. Hotels are also cheaper in South Africa. An American summer is their low travel season, which means the price tag for hotels, lodges, airfare and even food will be way down the next few months. Fun fact: The cost of a glass of local wine is as much as a can of American soda.

Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Although the nation has a high poverty rate, it is still one of southeast Asia’s most beautiful travel destinations. For travelers, it’s the safest and cheapest to use public transportation, i.e. the bus or train system. Food is also inexpensive, with an average of $2.50 for the cost of meals per day (depending on where you go.) Once known as the “Pearl of Asia,” the charming city is seeing a recent economic boom. Check out the beautiful National Museum and the sullen Tuol Sleng prison to see the best and worst of Cambodian history.
