You won’t be able to customize if you order in between seasons, some items are not available anymore. They sell out of high demand items. The website clearly says it will take up to 5 weeks to get your first box, it also says that there were going to be delays in June/July. I am a VIP, just because what’s the point of paying four times a year, paying more and getting less options, and no I haven’t received my first box yet, it will be another four or five weeks. Yes it would be nice, if it were a bit quicker. I will know if I got my preferences when it arrives.

Ordered the summer box in June, it arrived August 8 and summer is just about over. I am not happy with what was in the box as I did not receive what was advertised. I also did not have the option to customize so the contents received were at the discretion of the company. I am disappointed and will not order another box.

After joining, my shipment is finally on its way haven’t received it yet. Ordered the first box but wanted to see what’s inside before the billing of the 2nd box. Well that didn’t happen. However the price for the first box was ok (depends on what’s inside) it’s the second box living in Canada the fall box has now cost me $90.00 and I have absolutely no idea what will be inside so far not pleased

I was thinking about joining but there are nothing but negative comments and unhappy customers it seems from all the comments. Seems 1 in 20 was actually sent the right stuff and everybody else was disappointed. I think you guys need to get your s*** together because it seems you're really disappointing customers. This would be so fun but nobody seems to like it and they all cancel. Will not be "wasting" time or money on this. Buyer be ware. If customers are this unhappy you need to fix that s***. Turned right off. Won't be back.

I didn’t get to choose my items either. I received the black and white robe but the ties are in the wrong places so there is no way to wear it! It is of no use to me and I would much rather have the towel. I will send back the robe in exchange for the towel. Could someone please get back with me on this? I also got an email saying all items in Summer box would be shipped separately! Why???

Never received my customization email, just got home from vacation and the box was at my door. It had been ripped open, items taken out and clay mask that exploded all over the box. (I’m assuming it because it sat out in the heat in Florida.) So upset and not happy with this box or the lack of communication on FFF’s part.

I don't understand all the complaints. It was very easy to customize my box and it was filled with fun surprises and excitement. Many of the items cover the price of the box by themselves, so everything else is fluff. I had a small issue that was my fault, that a moment of live chat corrected and had a question that another live chat answered. Instead of posting a complaint, hit them up on live chat and give them a chance to explain how to customize your box.

I joined the yearly subscription so I could choose some items. Never received any notification regarding that option. Two months in a row I’ve received the pink kimono robe and this month the black one. Come on does anyone need 2 of these. I’ve received no makeup, bags, towels, or anything I’d use. Some of the items are really nice but please tell me how to preorder what I’d really like to pay for? Thank you.

I too did not receive an email notifying me I could customize this box. If I had, I would have chosen the alternative items vs what I got. I too am very disappointed with this box. It contains items I’ll never use. This is making me rethink about continuing my yearly membership. When does the next box come out and when will the notification email be sent? If I know in advance, I’d note it in my calendar and watch for it. Also, I really like the box and would love to use it to send gifts or cut it up to use for other projects but it has writing on most sides, making it improbable that I will be able to use it. Maybe a little less advertising, once received, we know who it’s from.

I am sooooo disappointed with this box! I too tried to customize and the site kept saying it was closed. The box was a few crappy things that I won’t ever use and most not even full sized items. I go the silicon wine glasses as a big item? They were ruined right away in my dishwasher and I would never put liquid in them! What a shame, I really liked this box. There was no fab fit or fun in my box this time

I often miss customization which is fine because I signed up for the surprise of it all(Eventhough I get an email at the beginning and end of customization and it's usually posted on IG) However I wish there was a last minute reveal day swap. If that was a thing I would swap out the invisibobble for anything else.

I usually am so crazy excited about my box. This one for Summer... I hate it!! The necklace? I’ll never wear, the liquid eyeliner? I’ll never use it. I thought there was a way to customize the box?? I’m not happy with this box at all... I would have loved the nesting bowls... The bag, or even the silicone wine glasses... So, So, So incredibly disappointed.

I was told I’d be able to customize my 2nd box (my co workers were able to) but never got the email. Checked in ion your site - says customizing closed. Now everyone has rec’d their boxes & mine shows not shipped so i will expect to be able to customize! Frustrated with your company.
