If you didn’t know, our mission at FabFitFun is to inspire happiness. Heck, we even have it stamped on our office wall!

Whether it’s discovering a new holy grail product or spending time with our loved ones, we all discover happiness in unique ways. So we wanted to learn how six of our favorite #ladybosses define happiness and find joy in the little things.

“For me right now, happiness is in moments. It’s being able to snuggle with my two daughters, waking up next to my husband…it’s being able to feature amazing female-founded brands in every box. It’s knowing that we are making members happy. It’s honestly one of the biggest joys for me and I think it’s putting all these little moments together is what makes a happy life.” – Katie Ann Rosen Kitchens, Editor-in-Chief and Co-Founder of FabFitFun

“I define happiness as a weekend that includes a drive on the Pacific Coast Highway, an architectural tour, flea market shopping, dinner with friends, a glass of Pinot Noir and some dark chocolate!” – Trina Turk, Designer and CEO of Trina Turk

“I equate happiness with freedom. I’m grateful I’m an entrepreneur, working in a job that I love. I have freedom to do what I want, when I want and with who I want. This makes me so happy!” – Jennifer Yen, CEO of Purlisse

“Happiness is being grateful and present for every moment you’re lucky enough to experience here on earth. I think we need to intentionally train ourselves to do this at first, and then once it becomes second nature and natural, that’s when happiness will manifest.” – Caitlin Crosby, Founder of The Giving Keys

“For me, happiness is found in the small and simple moments of everyday life. If you allow yourself joy from the small, seemingly insignificant moments that fill your day, you are constantly filling your heart up and it allows you to push through and combat the everyday stresses that come our way.” – Molly Thompson, Co-Founder of Kind Campaign

“Being in nature, surrounded by trees and a clear starry night sky, deep in conversation over a bottle of wine with my husband and best friends.” – Lauren Paul, Co-Founder of Kind Campaign
