How did you first discover your love for fitness and health?
Dance has always been a huge part of our lives. Once we became professional dancers, our love for fitness and health grew right along with our passion for dance. Dance has become such a fun way to stay healthy, and we’re so excited we get to share that with the world.

What makes your workout method unique?
The best thing about our workout method is that you can take it anywhere. And we really mean anywhere — your best friend’s wedding or even a girls’ night out.

What are people most surprised about when they first try your workout?
People are most surprised at how easy it is to learn to dance. They’re also surprised at how effective the combos are at making you feel the burn and toning their muscles.

What should a first-timer be prepared for when trying your workout?
A first-timer should be prepared to sweat! Make sure to have a towel and water nearby because this is a full-body cardio workout.

What’s one thing you hope clients take away from your workouts?
One thing we hope our clients take away is some newfound confidence and a whole lot of pep in their step!

What’s your favorite part about helping people get into shape?
Our favorite part about helping clients is seeing the transformation not only on the outside but on the inside as well!
