This concoction is so decadent and creamy, you’ll almost forget that what you’re drinking is actually super healthy. Pumpkin is high in fiber and super low in calories, giving you 1.7 grams of dietary fiber per ounce! Not to mention the high dose of vitamin A that the gourd packs too. If ever you find yourself craving a piece of pumpkin pie (but don’t want all the calories and sugar that come with it), whip this smoothie up and your cravings will be satisfied instantly!

Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup vanilla greek yogurt
1/3 cup ice
1 banana
3 dates
1/3 cup of almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
Whipped cream and cinnamon sticks for garnish

Directions
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender, and pulse until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, and cinnamon sticks for garnish.
