I paid for my summer box in May. Wasn’t able to customize when I got the email. I have emailed your customer service team at least 10 times. Finally customized and 2 weeks later there are no summer boxes left??!! I don’t get it. And I got charged again. I am beyond pissed and frustrated.

Yep, same issue as the previous comments. My card was declined, I was charged multiple over draft fees. Then the charge posts, I check the status of my box which has said “saved” until I received the email today telling me that the box is sold out. I don’t want a box of items I already have. I want a refund and the overdraft charges reversed. On top of that, I never even received my Spring Box!

How do I customize the editors box because there are things I already have? And I am not that impressed with those!! Please contact me so I can pick what I want. So disappointed. I did t get an email until the 29th and you had until the 30th. I called to complain and instead of a refund they offered to credit my account for the fall box. I’m ok with that but only barely because honestly this is BS. I picked out my items the day it was open to choices. Then I get an email that my items sold out? What makes me different then anyone else? I wanted the drybar spray. I’m allergic to nickel so I never want your jewelry plus it’s not what I’m here for. These choices are terrible. There was no way I was accepting this. I would have cancelled if they hadn’t let me skip this month but they should have offered refunds instead of forcing their leftovers only everyone.

Same issue as many above! Received an email stating my card declined after I had already chosen all the items for my box, to receive an email weeks later stating it was sold out. Why exactly would you run my card if you did not have the items I selected? I have all of these items already from my last box and previous boxes before. I do not want the editors box and I’d like my money back.

How disappointing. Going to receive the editors box instead of the summer box which I customised weeks ago! My card was declined and then finally charged and didn’t receive any information then about summer boxes running out, only today which is when it’s “ready to ship” I already have a lot of the items in the editors box and have emailed to say what items I already have as there is no way that I can see to customise it on here. I was charged for the Summer box and Fabfitfun had no problem taking my money only to send me an email days later saying the Summer box was sold out! They knowingly took my money only to now send me a box of left over items from previous boxes! They knew before they charged my account that there was no more Summer Boxes yet they never stated that because they would rather get rid of old inventory then to have a satisfied customer! Bad business practice! Misleading your customers! It’s obvious you have more members then the supply you can deliver. Horrible!

I am very unhappy. It's hard enough to things you want when you have a chance. I get the notice later than others and when I go in to order everything worth getting is already gone. Then I get an email saying my card was declined and I am not getting the Summer box because it is sold out. This is wrong! I'm fairly new to FFF and I am going to cancel before the next Fall Box comes out. This is a good way to lose customers. I am going to make a formal complaint. I'm sure they don't even get read because they seem not to care about all the customers that get screwed!

Second time it was useless stuff none of which I picked and now this . Why have a company if you can’t fulfill people’s needs and expectations for these boxes . I cancelled my subscription three times and got email confirmation I was cancelled. Then I got an email my Card was declined, which there is no way possible. I called and was told there was an error and my account was cancelled. Then I get charged for a box. Now this email that There are not enough boxes. I have even canceled online and I’m pretty sure over the phone with customer service and low and behold here comes another box I did not ask for. Please take care of this issue once and for all.

I’m more then unhappy when I was told the summer box was sold out. But I could UPGRADE so this wouldn’t happen again. If you plan on running a successful business make sure that the number of members that pay you seasonally are able to receive their boxes that are supposedly reserved for them. Instead of sending us items we already have. We look forward to this, so how is it ok to send us old items for the same cost? How about sending it to the ppl who actually pay for it versus giving it all to the celebs for promoting. Not a good look FFF

How do you customize the editor's box? I don't want the sunglasses or any clothes or storage packs, or anything that has flowers on it. I don't think this is fair that I'm stuck with this box and not the summer box. With all the chaos going on with covid-19 we should all get the SUMMER BOXES we are PAYING FOR. It's not our fault that you can't SUPPLY the DEMAND on the boxes. If I get anything I don't like I Will most likely CANCEL my subscription.

I get a message saying my charge was declined but it’s on a credit card with a zero balance, then your able to charge it and give me the editor’s Addition box what I don’t want I wanted the summer box I ordered how is it my fault if you type in a credit card number wrong, I’m thinking this might be the last box I get FYI you did the same thing to my daughter for the summer box and this would have been her second box but I think she is canceling her subscription

So I have received an email saying the summer box is Sold out and that I will be receiving the editors box. This is fine except I WILL NOT WEAR THOSE SUNGLASSES! I would like to substitute them for 2A, the packing cubes. Otherwise choice box 1will be fine. The clothing does not fit. They are to large. Prefer no clothes because if that reason.
