We love concocting cocktails with delicious fruits and veggies that are currently in season, and peaches are no different. It’s one of our fave fruits as it’s incredibly juicy and sweet with a little bit of tang — so how could we not mix it up with some booze? Peaches are soon on their way out, but be sure to take advantage of their sweetness!
The Bristol of Chicago created a thirst-quenching peachy cocktail you have to try, especially in this heat. With fresh puréed peaches, bourbon, and bitters, this beverage is definitely one you won’t want to miss before the beloved fruit goes out of season.

Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces Old Forester Bourbon
1/4 ounce Rothman and Winter Orchard Apricot
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce house pureed Klug Farm peaches
1 dash of Fee Brothers Peach Bitters
Directions
1. Add all ingredients into shaker and strain over ice
