I was disappointed with this box. I have been a members for years. I did not get anything in section 4. I got a random item that I have gotten many times before. My lip gloss is missing too. I got a huge box with little tiny items and a lot of stuffing paper. It is ironic that the front of the magazine has a model blowing a kiss with her hands in a heart shape. Not feeling the love on this one.

This box did not have the wow factor as all my other boxes. Repeats on some items and third time to receive the facial brush. Also did not receive the lip oil. I love these boxes as this is my only treat to myself. Hope they get back to giving things from our survey like the beginning.

I'm a VIP since 2019 and I'm not seeing the point. I literally logged in to customize within 2 hours of receiving the email notifying that customizations were open. Two. Hours. The Kate Spade bags were gone. I emailed customer service thinking this has to be a mistake and was told they didn't receive a large number of the bags and they were in fact gone. This is the stuff I put up with as a standard member that compelled me to pay for VIP so if I'm dealing with missing out even as a VIP- what's the point.

I just received my box today I am very disappointed. I had actually recently canceled but they said come back and will give you $100 worth of free items. I definitely don't have free items in my box. Plus they sent me three of the fruit butter lip masks so I don't understand why I got three of one thing. I've been subscribing to the box for quite a while and initially I was excited to get my box but I have been very disappointed on my last few. Pretty sure I'm going to be canceling this box.

2 repeat items in my box and didn't get the lip gloss that says is in my box. This was a very disappointing box for sure, I definitely don't feel like I got my money worth.

Got my box just today march16th (seeing a lot of people who got their boxes at the end of February and beginning of March) didn’t get the email to customize it at all got 3 of the SAME lip mask that I’ll probably never use it’s not even listed in the customization list this yogawakeup pillow I will never use. I feel like I got all the things no one else picked including a hair mask and a a face scrub the only thing I actually wanted was the leave in conditioner

I just downloaded the app. I am unable to customize my boxes by going to the website. It keeps thinking I want to start a subscription and will not let me get past that point. My robe does not fit. I just had a baby. Am I stuck with it?

Getting items repeated from boxes before. The new items all seem “cheap”. Would not consider them even closer to what you say is retail. This is my last box. Sad to go because I love spoiling myself but this just isn’t the box for me. I’ll spend my money else where.

I think I received the email to customize, but I don't feel like I got what I had picked out. And I added an item, but never was sent the what I had picked out. And got something I definitely WON'T use. That is why I try and pick what I can not paying the annual fee. But I got that item sent anyway. Probably my least favorite FFF box I've gotten this far. Complete bummer...

Did not get to customize my selection this time and got repeat items I’ve had before. Like stated in previous comments, this use to be a fun box to get but now it is not worth the money. I’m canceling today.

I suppose I’m lucky to have gotten the customization email, but it really didn’t matter, my choices weren’t selected. I received 3 chapsticks, a lip gloss, hair clips and some face stuff that doesn’t even show up as an option to choose from. Hardly worth the price of these boxes. What happened? I look forward to a fun box and this is the 2nd time that I’ve been completely disappointed. Items weren’t even packed in nicely like usual, it looks like someone just grabbed a handful of lip stuff and chucked in the box and taped it up. Not happy.

Repeat items- never got the text or email to customize- I already have the Alice & Olive hat and bag. Disappointed. Want to cancel- it’s basically impossible. I want nothing in this box. Not happy. Please advise. Terrible quality I don’t want your stuff anymore.

third time I’m writing this post, even the app is failing- come on! FFF in case you haven’t read any of these complaints, you NEED a text option, it’s 2022! When we pay to select the items, you need to notify us. You completely sucked the fun out of this. My box is on the way with who knows what in it, and yes it’s been on the way for three weeks. just keep it and cancel my subscription- what was meant as a treat is now a headache.

Why does shipping take so long? A friend of mine got theirs 2 full weeks before I got mine and they live 10 minutes down the road. And the items are just meh..lots of hype..disappointing and long process. I paid for a full year but am not sure I will renew.

I usually love my FFF box but...I have an annual membership, I picked all my items but did not receive the ones I picked.🤔 They were all available when I submitted my choices. Very frustrating... I still love you FFF, but get it together...lol

Is it just me or is this a super confusing process? I found it hard to navigate the website and so I downloaded the app. I’m still super confused. It seems like they are trying to upsell me at every turn, yet make it difficult to customize the boxes. I got this as a fun gift for my daughter, but I’m now having anxiety about prices and selection. I guess I’m not understanding why this has to be so difficult. I thought the app would be more straightforward. There are other companies that have subscription based service that are very easy to understand and navigate. I feel like FabFitFun could also do this if they wanted to. I honestly feel like they are trying to trick people into purchasing more. It doesn’t feel good to participate in this. I will see out all the seasons and hope it gets better, if not I probably won’t be a return customer.

I love the customization option! I do get the email notification but find I have to watch for it 3 months ahead of my next box (and it’s usually at the beginning of that month). It would be great if FabFitFun also had a text option!

Like many others I don't receive emails. I get an email telling me my box has been shipped and when it's delivered. I get notice from PayPal of payment being made to fabfitfun. I don't get updates for the drawings they have. I'm very pleased with what I get in each box. Just don't understand about emails. Oh and no it's not going to spam. Be Well

I rarely get the email for customization but the one thing I do make sure of in order to be able to customize is to pay attention to the calendar that's available in the forum. I check the forum regularly and the moment that calender is provided I use it to put reminders in MY calendar so that I don't miss a single add on sale or customization. It's quite possible they're sending those emails out to you but for whatever reason you're not receiving them. Your internet or email provider may possibly be blocking them or perhaps they're sitting in your junk folder. Sometimes you simply have to do for yourself what you feel Fan Fit Fun should do for you by searching out their calender and making the best of things. Since I've begun researching the forums I've not missed a single customization. I also know what's going to be available ahead of time so I can get in there and quickly make my choices before what I want is no longer available. Those forums aren't simply a great place to meet and chat - they're so much more!

Actually, I'm going to repeat what others have said. I DID NOT get to customize my box. It never even gave the option this time. I did however get to pick some add on, but for some magical reason, only half actually made it to the box. Beginning to make a lot of people question spending this amount on this service and now I see why.

Glad I am not alone. I never received my email that customization was open. What I received was horrible. The hair mask opened and it was crusty and on other items. Idk what happened to FFF but glad I’m not renewing my membership. I probably could of been convinced but seems like they don’t hair. These hair clips we got…. Literally I got a better pack from SHEIN for $2.

Terrible box…. Not even notified of customization. Smaller box, no shredded paper, items just tossed in the box. I received 2 items that I already received in another box… how can that even happen? Fewer items but price increase. I used to tell everyone about Fabfitfun—— what happened??

So disappointed in the last few boxes. They have kept getting smaller with less offering, yet upping the price! I used to tell everyone about fabfitfun! I’ve had dozens of friends sign up and we all say the same thing! It’s gone downhill. Come on, get your act together or your going to lose all your customers.

I’ve been very disappointed lately. I chose mystery items and the picks honestly weren’t worth it. When I went to change a few items I wasn’t allowed to cause it wasn’t the first pick it was the second. Honestly it shouldn’t matter. I remember when I would also receive samples of items not anymore! It’s my 6 items and that’s it. I honestly don’t think I’ll be renewing lately everything has been not worth the money I paid upfront.

NO NOTIFICATION - I Haven't even gotten my box yet but I just know it's going to be full of stuff I probably wouldn't have picked, I was in shock when I got an email "your box is on the way" I'm sorry what? I didn't customize! I didn't know! I always look forward to the notification "customizations are ready" and go through and choose what I want, if i don't like the options i choose what someone i know would want! So I guess I will now look through past emails of when customizations are open for the seasons and set reminders to ensure I can ACTUALLY CHOOSE. Seriously WTF fabfitfun. So many pissed off people how is this going to be fixed?

I also wasn’t notified that customization was open, and now it’s over. I’m a seasonal subscriber, and I never got a notice about the price hike either! I looked at the spring box reveal and I have a lot of the items already. I haven’t been billed yet…I’m canceling. Not happy and haven’t been for a while.

I don't think I got an email but I keep up on when I can customize my box especially when the options are lackluster to me. However, I was interested in a couple things in option 1 but when I went to customize there were only 2 options and neither of them were something I wanted...I ended up with a Dr Brandt eye cream (not a bad price point but I have lots of eye cream). I may have been a couple hours late but I didn't think everything would be gone. The past year I have had so many problems with items leaking and getting random items in customized boxes. I'm really considering trying a different box. I did just get billed so I'll finish out the year but then find a company with less issues... or save my money.

Just like most- I got no notifications either via e-mail or the app which is set to allow notifications. Not happy with most of my selections but after reviewing what was available, there wasn’t anything great any ways. Glad this was my last box as it makes it easier to cancel!

I’m a long time subscriber but this was the last straw because I’m sooo sick of getting these bulls#|+ items in my box and now, this time, WE WEW NOT EVEN NOTIFIED WHEN WE COULD ”ATTEMPT” TO MAKE OUR OWN PICKS?!?!? Shame on you for having the shittiest CS around!! I hope you’ve lost more subs than just myself because this is absolutely ridiculous!! I will N E V E R recommend this box to anyone!

I am in the same boat as most of you I received no notification my box was ready to customize. They charged my credit card and I have no idea what I'm even receiving. I am not impressed right now and I am seriously second guessing my subscription.

I am so confused, did the Spring Box close. I never received anything to tell me it opened. I apparently have something being sent to me that I have no idea what it is, only received an email with tracking information. I hope this is not the case, this is not how you do business. If this is the case I will be cancelling as well.

Just like everyone else, I had no idea customizations were open. I realized customization was open 4 minutes before it closed. Didn't get all my picks in before it closed and locked me out. So irritated.

Sooooo frustrating. I do not get emails about customization for the Annual boxes. And the prices have increased. Get it together FFF. This is a unacceptable with the prices you charge. It seems everyone is having this same issue. I will be canceling. They never want to help you. Customer service sucks for this company.

I did get a customization email, but when I logged in the Customize page was broken and said it was still closed. I had to customize through customer service, who were very helpful, but it took a long time to get through and most of my picks were gone. This is my first box, so I hope it's not always like this.

I never got the email to customize my box this season which is quite frustrating. One of the main reasons I chose to be an annual member was for the early access to customizations. I’m hoping that this can get rectified with the next one so I don’t have to cancel.

I haven't been able to customize my box in the last two boxes I've received and I've got two packets of everything already I'm ready to cancel my membership your company appears to have a lot of members that are not happy and ready to cancel their memberships doesn't seem like you all are doing anything to correct this problem today's the day of customized can't do it never received an email just died on I'm canceling my membership I don't need another umbrella I don't need another spoon rest not happy anymore at ALL. Seem everyone has the same problem and your company hasn't reached out or fix the issues.

Never received notification to customize… I have no idea what I’m going to receive. If I am not pleased I will cancel my annual membership. Emails or texts need to be sent to tell us when we need to customize. Just common sense.

I was so upset that I didn't get notified to customize my spring box we pay for that but I see that I'm not alone and that is why I am no longer doing fff. Sad because I honestly never do anything for my self but I knew every season I got to pick out somethings just for me because I always buy for my kids and never myself but fff was for me but not worth the money anymore really disappointed 😞

I'm frustrated also that I wasn't notified for customizations. The only reason I have an annual membership is to be able to select items I can use or regift. I have short hair an would never purchase $33 hair clips! Nor very large earrings that claim to be "mini". I got only 1 item I this box that I wanted. My winter box I called a week before the customization was open to see if they could make an exception because I was going out of the country and was told no. Then 3 of my items were not even in my box! Will be cancelling when I get my box!

Furious yesterday --charged $275 --VIP renew and no notification to customize my Spring box. After reading this thread, I'm not alone. My spring box will contain items I will not use and have to regift. Such a waste. I canceled my membership to learn I am charged for the VIP access. So I renew to not waste $199. I will seriously set my calendar to permanently cancel before my next renewal period.

I was about to quit when they changed it to let us actually pick from all of them, I have never relied on them to send me notifications on when its open I just planed to hang out on the app all day or until it finally lets me choose. they normally dont have much that I can use & this box really didnt have anything I needed or really wanted Im lucky if 2-3 items of 6 were actually something I could use. my subscription ends this summer so I am quitting too, & putting the money into savings. I have had in the past my options changed so I print off my picks as soon as I pick them to see if it stays that way or if they change it. It always takes forever to get them do to shipping from that area of the country & my box comes damaged most of the time so I cant even keep the cool boxes... I haven't received an email that mine has shipped so im hoping the address change that I had just put in do to moving is going to go through or someone else is going to end up with my box of "goodies"

I called customer service and was on hold for 45 minutes only to get disconnected when an agent tried to find a "solution" to my issue. I too never received an email for customization. How could so many customers not get the option to choose? It was intentional by fff, that's why. So I get 2 banana clips that went out of style in the 1990's for $33? For plastic? And I have short hair so that won't work. I can use nothing in this box and have cancelled my membership. Something is up with this company, it was so great two years ago but has gone downhill fast

I got no notification that I would be charged for another year, customer service says their trying but we will see because they also told me it's final. I'm really sad because I love fff but mortgage is due, would've definitely resulted if they had taken care of this... plus I had no idea it was time again and if I do get stuck with the box the stuff they picked for me is terrible literally every item is the last thing I would've chosen and u would think they would kinda be able to tell from my previous boxes the type of stuff I like. Fingers crossed they refund so I can pay my mortgage and resub later and I don't get stuck with a laye payment and with such a terrible box.

Definitely never coming back to FabFitFun. I am so glad that this is my last box. Right after I picked all my items, I looked at what was in my box and it was all correct. I just looked at my box again and two of the items that I picked aren't in my box! Instead, there are two items that I will never use. When I picked my items, it said they were in stock!

I'm an Annual member and didn't receive notice for the Winter,2021 box. I contacted customer service and was able to make some customizations, but most of what I wanted was gone. Customer service was prompt though. I did receive notification for the Spring,2022; however, when I checked what was coming they had changed my customization #5 selection. I had no idea about the change. I'm receiving the hair clips instead of the eye serum I selected. I can't use the hair clips. My hair is fine and thin. These will never stay in my hair. I don't know if this can be corrected, but I'm going to try. It would have been nice to know about the change. The selections don't seem to be as good as they used to be. If the Summer box selections don't improve I will cancel.

I usually get an alert to customize as I am an annual member and I didn't get it for some reason. I can't add on either. I'm not pleased with the selections made for me and they lost out on money as I always add extra to my box.

I also set an alarm/put in calendar when the customizations are open and I’m so disappointed that this is the 3rd time I’ve missed customizing. I will be cancelling as well. Especially after I have an upgraded to be able to customize more items. FFF, you were to fix this and also my credit never appeared in my account

I signed up for the spring box, the app froze after charging me and I wasn’t allowed to customize. I was really mad. I contacted customer service and they said I had to wait until customizing started for regular members or upgrade. I really hate that I let myself get mad but it worked. I told them customizations were the only reason I ordered this box and it was false advertising if they didn’t let me. So after being on hold for 30 minutes being disconnected several times they finally agreed to take my customized items over the phone. I hope I actually get them.

Sounds like I am only one of a ton of people who never received the text reminder about the spring box. This is the second time in a row this has happened and I hate it. I love the idea of this concept but hate the way the company is handling it. No choices and I too would never have picked the items I’m getting. So sad. If the company is unwilling to fix this I will be canceling as well.

I’m so upset. I never got anything that said customization dates for the spring box and everything was customized for me. Only 1 of the 6 options were something I would’ve chosen. I’m very frustrated because this is something I look forward to and a big chunk of money was wasted because I wasn’t notified when I could make my choices.

This is my last box since the previous (recent) boxes were such a disappointment. Finally a good selection and not enough good items to go around. Shame on you FFF.

I logged in 2 hours after the email came out for customizations. All the fenty was gone. The highlight blush I wanted was gone too. I’m sad. I just chose random stuff I didn’t really want because stuff wasn’t available. I wonder if I can message the chat team. They’re usually really helpful.
