Hi hairstyle here. Short hair is ANYTHING above the shoulders. Who cuts their hair into a pixie and expects to style it more then 2 ways? textured or straight . You don't get options.

No not short hair definitely MEDIUM length hair. I consider the BIG CHOP a pixie hair cut not this. You CAN also do different styles with a pixie hair cut. Thank you

Actually I have a pixie and I do like to do small braids to keep it out of my face while working out or at the beach etc. I could have done a better job on this article. Lol

I have a Bob and these styles work great. I do them all time. When my hair was a pixie cut I of course didn't because when you get a pixie you don't do styles other than the pixie

The article was written for shorter than long hair. If you didn't agree or don't like just move along and don't read. I have longer hair but wanted to see the fashion the article described. That's what's wrong in the world... too may critics and haters! It's not a big deal. Take your time you took to write and help people from Harvey or Irma. Time better spent

I would think that someone cutting their pixie length isn't looking for hairstyle ideas...can't cut hair pixie length and then get upset that you can't do a lot of styles. Chin length is considered short hair.

Just because you have a bob and your hair is shorter then in the picture doesn't mean this hair isn't short, some of us have short hair just like the ones in the picture so just stop complaining and look up bob hairstyles if you have to! Have a nice day:)

I get it. Looking for ideas for short hair, me too. For most these are not "short". But if you cut 8 in off it seems short, at least to you. It's not that we don't know how to style it, just looking for a few new ideas. So, FFF how about hooking us up with some shorter looks. Thanks for any and all help.

To me these are shoulder length and not short. I tried the pony tail and managed to pull together about 1/2 an inch right near the top of my head.
