Celebrity host and blogger Kelli Zink has compiled a list of her all-time favorite pre-made/ I feel like I’m cheating/ tastes like real food/ pre-packaged/ entrees in your local supermarket freezer section. MorningStar Farms Chik’n Enchilada: With its shredded veggie chik’n, black beans and grilled veggies, it’s the best enchilada imposter ever! No need to add greasy chips – the seasoned brown rice side is muy satisfying. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself suddenly craving a Skinny Girl margarita! Calories: 280. Fat: 7g. Protein: 12g.

MooPoblano Chick(pea) Patties: These little chick pea cakes made with brown rice and poblano peppers are so soft and delicious (not to mention filling) that your head will spin. Plus, these babies are vegan and gluten free. Cals: 230. Fat: 3g. Protein: 9g.

Amy’s Light and Lean Spinach Lasagna: Organic is the key to keeping this magically delicious Italian staple healthy. Organic spinach, pasta, and sauce team up with ricotta, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses to create microwavable magic. Cal: 250. Fat: 5g. Protein: 11g.

WHOLE KITCHEN Pad Thai with Tofu: This noodle-filled, peanut buttery bowl of tofu amazingness is so filling that I dare you to eat the entire 340 calorie serving. Don’t be scared of the fat content – most of it comes from the tofu and peanuts…aka the “good kind.” Cals: 340. Fat: 14g.
