so up set my fall box didnt have not 50bucks of stuff im really disappointed my just end my box couse I have not in one box have 200.00 or 50.00 worth of stuff and on looking a my paper that come with box tells about what u get well i didnt have half so ,so disappointed ???? ???? ???? ???? ????

I'm really frustrated that I haven't received the fall box yet. However, reading these comments I guess I'll be frustrated and disappointed once it gets here. I'm afraid that I will get duplicates or crap or both. If it ever gets here, I'll leave a new comment or just quit my membership.

I was a little disappointed this time around. I was able to customize, but 2 of the items I received were 2 things I've received this year already. I also am not a fan of pumpkin spice, but I received the pumpkin spice scent and the pumpkin pedicure set (2 things I would've NEVER picked).

I'm very disappointed with my fall box. My summer box wasn't great either. I didn't get the chance to customize my fall box. I feel like I received the cheapest leftovers. The glasses are great if you don't need a prescription. They are a total waste for me. Seriously considering canceling my membership.

Same as 90% of the other comments. Super disappointed. Definitely an overall fail, all the way down to presentation. Did the customer base grow so much that it’s difficult to keep up with demand and quality? I don’t think you’ll have to worry about that for much longer. I’d be interested to see the cancellation rate after this fall box. I have a feeling it’ll be the highest in the history of the company. Time to spend a little $ as a company to keep the quality and train staff on why perception and presentation matter.... it’s almost as if there was a computer glitch and everything done this round was opposite of how it should’ve been done. ???????? #timetocancel

I didnt get to pick my 3 choices either. I honestly thought I missed something but I think they didnt send the email after reading so many of the same comments. I liked the water bottle and the carry all tote is ok. Cant really see that bag being 128 dollars though. The glasses are cool but the foot scrub kit i wouldn't have picked or the glow milk. Hope the winter box is better.

Very, Very Disappointed with the fall box! I too felt like I was looking into a box a child had packed! Brown paper sack-type paper wadded up on top of a few items that were literally thrown in on top of more brown paper. Seriously I don’t think there was one item from my survey as to what I use, age related, likes and dislikes. This will be my last box.

Like many, I'm pretty disappointed with the Fall box. Looks to be filled with items that you wouldn't normally even glance at. The coffee scrub stained my white shower curtain and it was hell to rinse off the tub's surface. I wonder if it will backup the pipes too. This is only my third box and I'll give it one last chance before canceling. That's too bad, as my expectations were pretty high.

So disappointed with my fall box! You fill out your specifications and get one or two things you could use. The videos and pictures they post with all these actresses are so overdone! Unless you pay for the full membership you get items that are leftovers. Yes they are large sizes but what use are they if you can’t use them or have the same stuff but different brand for hair and facial masks. But if you are a full paying member YOU will get the items that are advertised. From slippers, to makeup, to jewelry, to brushes, flat iron etc. so yes I feel cheated and given false hope through the false advertisements. So disappointed FabFitFun is FabFitNoFun!

The Fall box was terrible! Period just terrible. I feel like thing we're just thrown in it. Nothing that says me. Didn't we all take a quiz so the boxes are customized to the things we would love. I'm so disappointed, I truly look forward to the boxes. The boxes generally are wonderful and always give me a little zip to my step, especially during this difficult times. Fall made me feel like I was ripped off!

I was so excited to receive my fall box but my excitement quickly faded when I had nothing fall related inside. The only item I loved was the SPONGELLE body wash buffer and I'm looking forward to trying the Multivitamin Mask. All the other items in my Fall Box will be given away. Pretty disappointed but still hopeful for The Winter Box!

I guess I wasn't alone in thinking this was my least favorite box so far. I only loved 2 items from my fall box, the cuff chain and the black backpack, which were the items I selected during the customization period. Other than that, didn't care for any of the other items. P.S. you should receive an email notifying you to login and customize. I was only able to customize 2 of the 3 items; not sure why 3rd item wasn't available to me.

I'm so very here for the comments! Haven't received my fall box yet, but not surprised at all. It's been a rocky road with FFF right from my introductory box. Been through the broken items, missing items, etc. (they even charged me shipping for items that THEY forgot and/or shipped broken-- I raised hell about it, but that's a whole other situation. Can't imagine why it would take from Sept. 2nd to Sept. 17th to get from Chino to Long Beach, but I'm still waiting.Expecting to receive my fall box sometime around Christmas. I get that covid is slowing things down, but maybe if they hired more people so packing was done 24/7 in shifts, it would speed things up. Sadly, it's time to cancel my membership AGAIN.

Very disappointed again! The items are repetitive. Not sure how many bottles of body lotion, hair therapy, body scrub, face mud masks, foot repair kits, or water bottles I can possibly need. Let alone below par jewelry. The yoga scarf I was excited about until I tried to figure out how to put it on. Well that was a waste. Like most items in most of the boxes over the years - I will be giving them away. Will give FFF one last box try. If the winter box is not fantastic that’s it, will be more than happy to cancel.

Completely let down on this box. I missed out with the last box, but would have been happy with missing this box. I think out of all of it I’ll use maybe 3 items! The rest I would never ever buy or pick myself! I’ll have to see how the winter box goes but if it sucks too I’ll be done with FFF!

Really disappointed this time, never got to pick, I thought I received an email for my last 2 boxes. Are we supposed to know when to logon to select now? Received 2 items I received previously and this is only my third box. The blue light glasses are fabulous though, the best I've ever tried. Tote seems very roomy, but I have 100 totes, I would not have chosen another. I went with this company because of the customization, now I'm re-thinking that decision.

My first box is the Fall box; ordered to share with my new roommate/Mom (she's 76). It was delivered earlier today, Mom's waiting for me to get home. From the comments above I'm not sure if we should be excited or cry. I do know we didn't get that pretty scarf, really wanted that, they were out when picks opened for us. Will post our thoughts/reactions once I get home and we open it.

I got a year's worth as a gift from my kids. I feel like they spent way too much money for what I've gotten. Most of the choices, I would never use but had to choose something. I don't like giving them away as gifts bc you can't return them and it's like re-gifting. The little backpack I selected was small and very cheap feeling. Pockets are too small to hold anything.Thought there would be more fitness wear or jewelry or FUN stuff, not just tubes of foot lotion, etc.

I can't and wouldn't choose anything with lavender in it (allergies) or anything with argan oil (again allegies) they sent junk - crease release...really? Liked the box but Disappointed with FFF pick for me would have rather had the shower gel. Still not sure I understand the program they use to determine my likes because the milk glow is not me. Also, I will be more cautious with my Add ons. I Trusted that FFF would only have quality items but the fridge is definitely not quality. Since they don’t do returns I guess I have to find another way to get rid of it.

I love love love my Fall 2020 box! The shawl did have a bit of a funky smell, but I've used a the wrinkle release (great scent!) and fabreze alternating, and I figure it will be fine by the time I want to wear it. That is the only slightly negative feel I have to say about the box. All in all, I loved this box, loved every extra thing I purchased, which was a lot!

I picked the folding basket and got the styling cream instead and the fff picks were nothing I was interested in. A little disappointed for sure. But on the other hand I love the canisters I added and the mason jar bottle. Excellent choices.

I just purchased a curling iron a few months ago and also had others that I actually want to get rid of. Another disappointment. I never know when to log on to pick my own stuff. I did like most of what I got in the fall box. I just would have picked a few different items if I knew when I had to log on & pick. I have so far used some of the stuff I got in my boxes & some I will save as gifts. I have to figure out how to log on & when to customize. I really like the uncommon James copper canisters but tried to buy them & they are sold out. I have one box left in my subscription & I pray that I get to pick stuff in time. Based then on that box I’ll decide to renew or not. Worried about some of the above comments. But again. I have been happy with most of what they sent. Don’t see a quality issue at all. The surprises have been nice. Just wish I got to select stuff myself.

I did not get to pick selections this time and I am disappointed with 75% of the box I received, it appears the items were picked for us with items I would’ve never picked for myself. Been a participant for almost 4 years now and I too am reconsidering my subscription as it is a lot of money to spend in these times to be this disappointed - can we return it?

The fall box was a disappointment. It’s seems like the past few boxes are “leftovers”. I got a mix of stuff I won’t e en use. The best thing in my box was the water bottle. Hopefully they read our commenters and future boxes will be improved.

So I have been a member since 2017, and I can see why people are getting upset about our boxes. I have had several of my jewlery break just trying to put it on, but I have received some gorgeouse ones too. Honestly I have loved all my boxes I look forward to them every season. I know they have influencers but I'm hopping they are not only giving them the best stuff and leave us with the left overs. I haven't received my fall box yet so once I get it I will keep you posted on the condition and if I'm missing any items. Thinking of cancelling my membership. The fall box was a big disappointment. Another water bottle? Another curling iron? The boxes use to be great now it's just like they are being randomly thrown together by stuff out there that no one wants. Same stuff over and over.

I’ve been “select member” from the beginning and I don’t know why I renew my membership each year. “Select member” doesn’t mean much because most of the time there’s nothing to select. (and don’t get me started on the add-ons.) I have a problem w nearly every box. Items missing, things have been broken, wrong item sent and on and on. It is very frustrating having to email back and forth, having to take pics to prove that I’m not lying and waiting weeks for the item to ship. Once again I’ll say that I’m not renewing my membership. BTW I haven’t received my fall box yet. It’s allegedly sitting somewhere in a Fed Ex truck. Hopefully, I’ll get it before Christmas but I’m not crossing my fingers.

I was terribly disappointed in my fall box. It’s making me rethink fabfitfun. There are other box subscriptions out there. Please step up your game. Further, please make the “pick” process more user friendly. I’m hoping my winter box is better. I get this for me to pamper myself. Dissatisfied.

Not impressed with this box at all, nor have I been the past couple of times. I do a yearly subscription and paid more so that I can customize. I feel like most of the options I would never pick in a store, or they are just cheap. Thinking as soon as this subscription ends I will be canceling and trying a new company.

Loved my box! What I don't keep, my daughters have fun with. The lavender spray is great for grandkids night time. The glass bottle is good to use while working from home. Fringe scarf is fashionable and glad I got wrinkle release since it is dryclean only. The Spongelle is so nice, ordering more for gifts. I look forward to the box.

Super disappointed, my fall box hasn’t even shipped yet. I already got an email showing what is in it. I’ve been a member since 2017, may be time to try a different subscription.

I haven’t received my Fall Box yet. I have an email with a tracking number and I was using it to follow the box. It said I would receive it by end of day on Sept. 1st. It never came and now when I check the tracking number it still says in Olathe KS at the FedEx facility and says “no scheduled delivery date at this time”. Quite irritated. I signed up for a year as a birthday present to my self back in April and received the summer box it was ok I guess. As of right now pretty sure I won’t be renewing.

I was very disappointed in my fall box. There was nothing in there that I was interested in at all. I do not need a curling wand I don’t know how to use them and I burn myself on them. And besides I have gotten them in the past in the fab fit fun boxes. I never received an email to select different items for the fall box. I gave most of the stuff away. I canceled once before and I might just cancel again.

I LOVE my fall box! The Uncommon James copper canisters are gorgeous, I love the idea of a glass water bottle instead of plastic, have already tried the glossmedics hair removal wand and am looking forward to everything else! Thank you FFF!

I haven’t received my box yet but have been very disappointed in the last few boxes. I’m a select member and never received a customization email for the fall box. It was by chance that I happened to go into my subscription to check my renewal date because I had decided not to renew based on the last few boxes and customization had just opened. I’m giving it one more chance before I cancel.

Definitely not my favorite. Wish I would have skipped this box altogether. A couple thinks were okay but most things were not for me. Better luck next time, I suppose.

I would have picked a different things had I been given the choice but even though I picked the moment I got the email as I work nights it came through while at work and still had to pick the best of the bad left overs so far nothing has blown me away ! I could and most likely will live without fff dissapointed from the UK ????????

Fall box? I haven’t even received my post summer box. This is my first try at FFF as I had heard many positive things about it, however, I would need to receive one in order to decide. I joined in mid summer. LONG time to wait for nothing. Is a refund on membership a choice?

I was VERY disappointed in my box as well. Who needs a “yoga” scarf? I do not do yoga. I got a curling wand. Yet I have short hair and can not use a wand because I burn Myself and fingers. A “mason” jar water bottle? Really?! 1 set of plastic reusable utensils? What am I suppose to do with that? Go on a picnic by myself? Tranquility sleep mist? I usually love stuff that smells nice before bed but I can barely smell anything. It’s just like misting water. I can go on and on but NOTHING screamed Fall to me. I pay extra to customize more but I moved just recently and never noticed an email even after looking for one. Fab Fit Fun is turning into a waste of money. I have my eye on another subscription box I may try. I paid a year for this and it’s not worth it to Me. I will say customer service online tried to help me but it was confusing chatting with them because I just got scripted responses repeatedly. Really to make this box worth anything you have to pay the top amount to pick the most. And then you have to have an alarm set To instantly get online to get what you want before they run out of stuff. And even then I do not think it’s worth it. Their “costume” jewelry breaks so easy I have been sent the wrong size on apparel items and o Ve was told they would send me the correct size and not charge me but they still did (it is not my fault they sent the wrong size). I am bummed that a lot of stuff in the magazine I did not get such as the pumpkin sprays or the pumpkin foot scrub. (I love stuff like that). From these comments FFF you look like you have dissatisfied customers. So what do you do about that? Just another dissatisfied customer.

I received my fall box and I am in love love love. The SOIA & KYO Woven Scarfigan with Fringe is beautiful. I love all my items even the surprise picks were perfect. Thank you fabfitfun as always I am pleased. ????

Super disappointed in the fall box all the items even customized where just cheap quality and not as expected with the review of it. And all the mystery ones chosen are all things I will never use!! I hope winter is better or I’ll have to give up on this subscription I would never spend money on any of the items I received in this fall box.

Underwhelmed this time. This is my 6th seasonal delivery and I’ve never been so bummed. I always wait until my daughter and I can open it together and we usually have so much fun checking out the goods...there wasn’t much to be excited about here. I’ll give it another try for winter and hope they get it right.

I was not thrilled with my fall box. I did not receive 1 fall item ( of those they pick for us). And I ordered a mystery box(bag). It was terrible! I wouldn't buy the items it it. Come on FFF you must do better!! I am Not recommending FFF to anyone at this time! Send the influencers the same stuff you send us!!

I haven’t received my box even though it shipped weeks ago by fed ex. It arrived close to home then left the state only to come back to close to home A week later and now is being shipped by US postal service and I’m to wait yet another week. How the heck does that happen? I had been able to pick everything I wanted and then add on extra items for example picked out both botkier bags. Hoping it will be worth the wait. Fingers crossed.

Still waiting for my fall box. Many of the items were gone when I went to customize. Very disappointed in FFF. Thinking of canceling, doesn’t seem to be worth getting anymore.

I just received my fall box and love it! In fact I think it’s my favourite yet! Haven’t taken the JB bracelet off yet - it didn’t disappoint! In fact there was only 1 item in the box that I will gift to someone else; the rest is great for me! I can’t wait to pamper my feet in pumpkin!

I was very disappointed in the Fall box. I missed the window to customize my box and I am kicking myself for it. I didn’t receive ONE item that I would have chosen for myself. I wish there was a way to return/exchange. I got several things I will absolutely not use.

I did not get to select my box as I had so many emails coming in while job hunting that I ran so far behind in fielding them. It would help to know when the pick email was going to comeout in advance so I could watch for it.

Have not received my box yet. Did not get to pick as my internet was down. Tried to pick as soon as notified with the summer box but all the choice items were already gone! I find it hard to believe they were gone that quick. Waiting to see what I get in fall box. If not an improvement I will not be continuing select membership when my subscription runs out.

I got my fall box and I am thrilled with everything I received. I got the pumpkin spice pedicure set, cant wait until I have my baby so I can reach my feet to use it;) I am a huge fan of Jenny Bird and I am in love with the bracelet, I have many JB pieces. The shawl and hair clips match and look so cute together. I have the canisters and they look great in my kitchen. I have not used the coffee scrub or milk body shimmer but looking forward to using both :)

So disappointed with the fall box, I didn’t get a chance to pick because I thought my subscription is over and didn’t want to resubscribe but they automatically took money in my bank account I didn’t know till I received my bank statement. My box are cheap. Didn’t like the curling iron. $99 really?, reusable utensils?, yoga scarf? Water bottle? .. all of them doesn’t cost $50.

I agree that the fall box Is underwhelming. And so was the summer box. It seems the quality and amount of items keeps getting worse. I picked my 5 choices and meh....They should have a few make up items, a skincare item, a clothing item and a household item in each box. I will not be renewing my subscription.

I'm also disappointed in the fall box. I am a select member and I made my selection as soon as it was available and all of the good items were already gone. Someone commented about influencers getting first picks and this made me a bit curious. Since I'm already signed up for the next three boxes until my membership renewal again, I'll keep my eye out on this. If it continues to run out as soon as customization opens, I will not renew my membership. I do want to give it a fair chance.

My fall box was meh I wasn't happy but I wasn't disappointed either. I'm hoping FFF will do a lot better for the winter box. Alot of ppl were not happy and I also feel like the quality is going downhill.

Well, I’m certainly not a Beauty Influencer, but did get everything I selected in my Fall Box. I also got the Pumpkin Pedicure set, this was chosen for me. It’s fun to see what comes, and the stuff I’m not interested in, I love to give as gifts to my Friends/Family, or use In our Guest room/Bathroom as a little extra homey touch.

Not sure why people were disappointed, but I absolutely loved my Fall box! I used one of the vitamin facial masks last night and was so pleased! I could really see a difference.

I received my box and loved it, so many lovely items and what I don’t used will make nice stocking stuffers or Christmas gifts, I especially love the beautiful pieces of jewelry, bracelet and necklace. I hope all of my boxes stay this nice or get even better. Thank you

I didn't receive the Jenny Bird Austin cuff I opted for in customization 3. I didn't receive any of the choices in #3. Very disappointed after being a member for 5 years. May have to rethink my membership.

Anyone from the UK never got the choice of the bags or tongs, due to regulations. So that is 3 of the main ticket items. And we still have to pay the same, but extra for shipping. This is my 5th box, and it's just getting worse. Im got winter left. Thats it for me.

I bit disappointed with the Fall box. To be honest who wants reusable eating utensils - definitely not me! Also the Yoga scarf is UGLY! At first I had no idea what it was! Sorry to say but unless FFF steps up there game I’m out of here.

I also was very disappointed in this box. Who wants a plastic fork, knife & spoon and a mason jar water bottle! Also the curling wand, really a $99.00 value, I saw the very same item for $25.00. I only got a few of the items and what I received was not worth the money. When my subscription is up I will not be ordering again.

Usually pretty happy about my boxes, but the fall box I was not happy with. Seemed way smaller than previous boxes and not worth the price of the box. Not specific to the season at all and half the items were irrelevant considering no one can leave their homes.

I was very disappointed with my fall box and never received my summer box. The annual subscription is non refundable so I’m stuck with poor service. I will never recommend FFF to anyone. The quality of things received is very poor.

I love getting my box of surprises but have decided in the future I will curate my own. Some of the selesctions are not of use to me though they are nice quality items.I look forward to the next box!!

I loved the fall box. But was also going to cancel because the last several boxes just haven’t been that great. With so many monthly box subscriptions, I’m not going to waste my money not knowing if the box is good or not. And I don’t Typically pick my own because it’s the surprise for the month that makes it better.

Honestly - the quality of some items received is really poor and definitely not worth the value FFF states. Nothing in this box to be excited about. And nothing worth the cost of subscription. Boxes are poorly curated IMHO and I have had far too many issues that I will be moving to another subscription service when my select membership is over.

I'm not sure why everyone else seems so disappointed, but I've been a select member for 3 boxes now and I feel like it gets better and better every time! I love getting to pick 5 of my items and I feel like they pick the same things I would have most of the time for the remaining 3. Except for some random makeup picks (because all I use is mascara really) but it makes me want to try new things like the glow milk highlighter ????

I agree- this box was disappointing! I’ve been ordering for 2 years, but I got mostly stuff that doesn’t suit me or seems like they were being cheap and throwing in randomly cheapest possible options rather than things similar to my profile preferences and previous selections.

I loved the box until I got to the picks that were made for me. Not one was what I would have picked and they were all the cheapest thing offered. Really not nice. Who got the good stuff, noone I know.

I was very disappointed in my last box. I received a pair of Kate. S. Sunglasses and moisturizing cream. That was it. I also ordered my regular box on July 4. Ihave yet to receive it. My credit card was charged July 4 and 5. I have been trying to get A refund for one of the charges with no luck. I called FFF and I was told it was in process and to late to cancel it. I received an e-mail this morning stating that it was being shipped however when I checked the tracking number it has not been sent to the Postal Service yet.

Dissappointed. I received my editors box last week after signing up in July and that box was great! I was SO excited to get the Fall box, particularly for the Pumpkin Spice pedicure set. Not only did I not recieve that but there was barely anything else in there besides the 5 items I picked. I hope the next box is better. I'm really underwhelmed and considering Ipsy or Charmedbox instead...
