‘Tis the weekend for Cadbury Creme Eggs, chocolate bunnies, and fluffy marshmallow Peeps. To sum it up — Easter weekend is a sugar binge fest. But hey, it only happens once a year! Since we aren’t kiddos getting Easter baskets filled to the brim with candy, we decided to concoct our own beverage this Sunday that gives us more than just a sugar buzz.

Skip the chocolate bunnies this year and opt for the White Rabbit cocktail. With ice cream and Italian liqueur, we think we may have found our new Easter Sunday indulgence. (Just be sure to stick to one or two, or your family might think you’re hopping mad!)

White Rabbit

Ingredients:
3 white sugar cubes
1 ounce still water
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
3 bar spoons of Amaro Lucano

Directions:
1. Put the sugar cubes in the shaker and add 1 ounce of water, add two scoops of vanilla ice cream
2. Add three bar spoons of Amaro Lucano, shake, and enjoy
