While we love to try out unique libations, we will never get tired of the classics. And we found a cozy craft cocktail bar, Rambler of San Francisco, that’s shaking up one delicious beverage — it’s strong, not too sweet, and definitely a drink that’s reminiscent of our old favorites.

The Zeppelin Martini has a perfect balance of gin, vermouth, and a touch of cucumber bitters that we know is a recipe you’ll keep running back to. So sip up and don’t be surprised once you find yourself obsessed with the Rambler’s Zeppelin Martini.

Zeppelin Martini recipe courtesy of Rambler San Francisco

1 1/2 ounces Monkey 47 Gin
1 1/2 ounces Alesio Bianco Vermouth
2 dashes of Bitter Truth Cucumber Bitters

1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and long stir
2. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora style cocktail coupe if you have it (if not, a classic martini glass will do the trick)
3. Garnish with cucumber slice and lemon twist
