What’s your favorite workout to do when you’re on-the-go (i.e. traveling, etc.)
I absolutely love to do a HIIT workout combining no-equipment strength moves with plyometric intervals like burpees, etc. This way you can do it anywhere, especially if there is no access to a gym.
Do you have any motivational quote(s) you like to live by?

How do you encourage yourself to workout when you just don’t feel like it?
I remind myself constantly that it will wake me up, I’ll feel better after, + that I will regret it when I do not do it.
What’s your favorite part about helping people get in shape?
The smile on their face and the strength they exude from the inside, out.
Is there one particular client success story that makes you smile?
I always love a client who reaches their physical goals, but the best feeling ever is when someone tells you how you make them FEEL better, stronger, + happier. In particular, I had a client who lost 90 LBS within under a year with me through fitness + nutrition. He went on to completely change his life and to this day, we’re still close! Such a rewarding friendship and couldn’t be more happy and proud!

How do you hope your clients feel after taking one of your workouts/classes?
Accomplished, exhausted, but energized!
How do you think workouts are changing in the digital realm and with the rise of fitness on social media?
I think online or app-based fitness where you can workout at home is all-the-rage. Not to mention, it isn’t the classic gym anymore; it’s like fitness has become boutique-based so people are into ClassPass + other formats where they can go from gym-to-gym; class-to-class trying new things.
