We’ve got another Photoshop controversy on our hands.
MAXIM has been feeling the heat from fans who are accusing the magazine of photoshopping their gorgeous April cover star, Ashley Graham.
Fans pointed out that Ashley’s legs and arms looked noticeably slimmer in comparison to other photos from the cover shoot. Regardless, Ashley looked gorge in the sultry pieces.
Graham also released a statement to Mashable in regards to the Photoshop and said that her images were not altered. She noted, “I’m beyond proud to be the first curvy woman on the cover of Maxim. I was not slimmed down on the cover, and Gilles Bensimon did an amazing job capturing my true figure in all of the photos.”
And whether she was Photoshopped or not, Graham has been killin’ it in the modeling game. She has been bringing awareness to fuller-sized models and encouraging media to be more accepting. You go girl!
