With spring weather upon us, it’s time to spruce up our makeup kits with some pretty makeup shades to suit the season.
“I’ve been watching a lot of TikTok, and the popsicle lip is trending for spring,” says Sessions makeup artist Erin Parsons. “Pops of bright color — more magenta, more ruby, more scarlet — and also in sheer, stained ways. You can add gloss or leave it matte.”
Celebrity makeup artist Jamie Dorman adds that corals and fuchsias will be joining the party, noting that, “With lip stains, you can overline your lips in a very natural way. Because lips tend to be more pigmented than the skin, try going over it more than once for a more believable look.”
