Arms
Step 1: Sit with legs extended and place Burn 60 Resistance Band around feet.
Step 2: Grab onto the bands with arms extended.
Step 3: Pull the band in towards chest (keep elbows tucked in).
Step 4: Repeat 20 reps.
Abs
Step 1: Place Burn 60 Resistance Band around feet.
Step 2: Stand with feet hip-width apart and hands behind head.
Step 3: Lift left knee to right elbow.
Step 4: Repeat 10 reps on each side.
Legs
Step 1: Place Burn 60 Resistance Band above knees.
Step 2: Cross right leg behind left in a lunge.
Step 3: Stand and extend left leg straight out (point toes for extra burn!)
Step 4: Repeat 10 reps on each side.
Glutes
Step 1: Place Burn 60 Resistance Band above knees.
Step 2: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and squat.
Step 3: Take 15 wide steps to the right (still in a squat).
Step 4: Repeat on the left side.
