How do you think workouts are changing in the digital realm and with the rise of fitness on social media?
Social media has made elite and boutique fitness more accessible. It has also provided a broader platform for people to motivate each other.
How do you hope your clients feel after taking one of your workouts/classes?
Drenched in sweat, high on endorphins, and relief from anything weighing them down.
Do you have any motivational quote(s) you like to live by?
Yes. “Strong heart. Fit body. Calm nerves. Happy soul.”
How do you encourage yourself to work out when you just don’t feel like it?
It helps that it is my job to inspire others to workout and thankfully, I love what I do.
Can you share an exclusive fitness tip with us?
Find a workout you enjoy and commit to it. Your workout should be easily incorporated into your day without causing stress and should make you feel good while delivering results.
What kind of music do you listen to when you workout?
Our playlists are very eclectic. Anything from old school R&B to the latest alternative track.
What’s your favorite part about helping people get in shape?
Seeing a woman connect with her body, embrace it, and love it.
Is there one particular client success story that makes you smile?
It’s hard to pick just one. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients transform their mind and connect with their body.
Do you have any advice for women who are looking to start their own business?
Surround yourself with other female entrepreneurs, be smart enough to ask for help when you need it, and never let go of the passion you had when you first started.
