I had a slight problem with my first box and was able to contact customer service about the issue. Upon chatting with Gabbi at fff, although she was not able to offer me what I was requesting initially, we were able to come up with an agreeable solution. I will post back with an update once I can confirm the issue was resolved with satisfactory results, otherwise for now I will say the issue was handled to the best of Gabbi's authority and she was able to keep me as a subscriber for now.

I was VERY disappointed in my Fall box that I received and I think I need to cancel my subscription!
