What makes your workout method unique?
The Bar Method technique stands apart because it’s safe, smart, and personal. Unlike other barre workouts, our instructors undergo a lengthy and rigorous training that includes lessons of anatomy and hands-on adjustments.

What are people most surprised about when they first try your workout?
It’s harder than it looks! Upon first glance, you’ll notice that movements are slight, sometimes unnoticeable, but the impact is huge. A new student will notice changes in their body in as little as three classes. Aside from the physical changes, our students notice a boost in their confidence immediately.

What’s one thing you hope clients take away from your workouts?
Our clients may be sore after their first class, but if they stick with the method, their body will adjust and get stronger with noticeable results in as little as a week. The result is a graceful, strong, dancer-like body including sculpted arms, flat abs, a lifted seat, and elongated thighs, as well as improved posture and body alignment.

How do you motivate yourself to work out when you’re not in the mood?
When in doubt, grab a buddy! Doing a barre workout is sometimes more fun with a friend (and who doesn’t need an occasional boost of motivation?).

What’s your favorite part about helping people get into shape?
We love helping clients at every part of their health journey. Students are continually challenged with endless variations of each exercise timed to the beat of the music so that each class feels unique. Students of all levels can work within their individual limits to continually push forward.
