I also received what I wouldn't have picked for myself... I LOVE rose gold, so of course I got the bracelet. Same with the lip color. I don't care for nude--would have loved the red. I would totally exchange with someone if we were able to contact each other but they don't include email addresses so we can't do that. Oh well. I'm still waiting for my Fall box. If I feel let down by it, I'll be canceling too. It's a shame. I love getting a surprise box. The items I don't like I'm going to gift to my Mom, Sis, and friends for Christmas, so not a total loss.

Damn what a bunch is complainers. So cancel your subscription. I got the nude lip kit...not at all what I would have chosen for myself, I'd have chosen the red, but sometimes it's good to step outside your typical comfort zone. I usually layer it with another color.

I love all my boxes! I received a nude color lip collection and i am an avid wearer of red (my Favorite color). I agree with you Cathy i too give items away if I am not fond of them. I have a daughter, sisters and nieces who love their boxes and we mix and match what we get. And share the love of FFF with other friends and family members. XOXO

I started with the pay as you go and did not get a choice of lipstick or of the roundie. (And I read my email.) I would not have chosen the red lipstick, but I got the red. :( I also filled out the profile and put that I preferred neutrals. I got the bracelet and I would have preferred the earrings. I am petite and the bracelet is HUGE on me. I also do not wear gold or rose gold. The lipstick and bracelet were the only things I was extremely disappointed in. I just went ahead and upgraded hoping that I get to choose my preferences on the next box. Hoping for a better box for summer.

I have received the Winter and editors box which I was pleased with. The spring box ehh. The lipstick in nude was my preferred color but as someone mentioned it is tacky. Love the gummie vitamins, leave in hair treatment,face mask and scrub. The bag is cute and will be used. Love the round beach blanket just not the color choice.. the spring box wasnt a complete FAIL, overall content value def exceeds the cost of box - I dont feel like I was ripped off. I will continue to receive, I am excited for the summer box.

I am in total agreement ! I would NEVER wear RED LIPSTICK! Nude would have been a better pick and useable! Other than that, I liked the box. ????

You can fill your profile out, I believe there is a option for that. I set things aside for gifting if it's not my thing, or I already have a color. Like the nail polish, I got my ipsy bag and it had a blue shade, and my fabfitfun box has a set of two blue shade. I kept the better one from fabfitfun and regift the other!

I got the nude kit and the color looks horrible with my skin tone. The liquid lipstick is also very sticky and if you press your lips together, it peels. It's not great...the lip gloss is sheer, so I can use that!

I was very disappointed in this box did not like the red lip stick don't no anyone that wears it the nude would have been better the ear rings look like they came out of a crackerjack box I thing I will be canceling out its not worth the money. Patricia ward

I was terribly disappointed by the earrings. What a joke that the listed value is $85! They're cheap pieces of garbage - they look like I got them at some teenybopper accessories store. Also, I live in Canada and I see that we were not sent the gummies. That seems like a rip-off to me, since with our exchange rate, we pay a hell of a lot for our boxes.

I totally agree that our mind needs to be fit along with our body. I loved both winter and spring boxes without the fitness item....I can get those on my own. I have to also agree that the red shade of lipstick was a nonstarter....waaaay toooo red. Loved the pink from the winter box tho.

I agree very very disappointed in this box. The lip stuff was horrible I threw it out.And what was up with the round table cloth? Defiantly not a good box I loved the winter to spring one that was my first But I will will give the subscription a year don't want to judge to quickly.

I got the nude and I was super happy about the color but disappointed in the way it wears. Super sticky, like it was made by Wet n Wild or a pre teen makeup company..

I agree! I received the red also and I hate it. I also do not know anyone who wears red lip color. I would have been happier with the nude shade.

I was very disappointed this time around. I was given the choice of lip color and jewelry, but received the opposite from what checked. I received earrings instead of the bracelet, but I can't wear earrings. I received the red lip color instead of the nude, but that isn't a color I would ever wear. Why ask then?

I didn't get to choose my roundie and mine is ugly along with red ?, I Will try summer box and if it's not much better I will cancel also , the Winter box was great.

I would so much rather a free yoga or barre class online over a hula hoop or jump rope. Try the classes they are really good.

We were given a choice, nude or red lipstick color, bracelet or earrings, and which roundie color we wanted. I love the dr Brandt face scrub, already used the roundie as a wrap and the nude gloss is always in my purse. I'm very happy with my membership. However, I do have the upgraded membership which is just pay full price at once. Maybe those members are given the options before the box ships, and that's pretty messed up. We should all be able to personalize what we get.

Same. I hate the red shade. It went in the trash along with most of this box. It was such a huge disappointment, that I cancelled my membership.

This was my first box and I did love everything in it except the fact that they sent me red for the lip color. I love my nudes. Reds just do not look good on me at all. Practically anybody can do nudes but reds are not for everybody.

The gummies were a sponsor item and were not included in the Canadian boxes, however since they are sold in Canada (saw at Costco yesterday) I am not sure why the sponsor couldn't have included? Loved everything in th box though! Definitely will get the summer box also and perhaps one as a gift for my daughter.

The red lip kit was horrendous!! I specifically noted NO RED for lips. The rest of the box was great! Loved everything else. This is my first box, so we'll see how this goes. ??

I was SUPER disappointed in the lipstick shade. I received the bright red which is not a color I would ever wear. There was a beautiful nude color that would be more appropriate when you do not know anything about the recipients color pallet.

The spring box is my second, a couple of things were great and other things were a bit disappointing. I was not as excited as all the hype led me to believe I would be. I also chose some add on's and one was a mystery box, not impressed at all with what they sent ?. I hope the next boxes are more exciting. I agree, no makeup, with exception of a great lip gloss?, makeup is a more personal choice and being sent makeup is just a waste of my $$. I want really cool unique things .

I still have not received my box :( I was billed 3 weeks ago and it says awaiting shipment. I emailed cutomer service and no reply. Grrrr.- very frustrated.

Cancelled my subscription because the Spring box is nearly useless. I hate the "beach" throw (I live in Alaska, where did they think I would use it?). I hate the lip kit (deep reds, which I said I did NOT want). The earrings are cheap. I got some body buffer infused with shower gel and body polish that would be more appropriate for a 14-year old girl. Just really, really irritated at having paid almost $60 and getting almost nothing useful. Done with this subscription box service.

Loved the winter box. Spring box... not so much. The ratings are cheap and horrid, the beach sheet that I couldn't wait for... hate the color, so boring! A lot of money for a lot of things that aren't worth the money and won't be used ?

I agree too, with the lip color, I hate red lip stick, it's just sitting on my vanity still in box. And agree with the ear ring comment also, I'm allergic to fake golds so I knew right away they were not as stated. They are very fake. And this is only my 2nd box, I loved the winter one.

This was my first box and I LOVE IT! I got the tie-dye round throw that I wanted and the lip kit color that I wanted as well.. I guess I am blessed. I cannot wait to see what the summer box has in it! ✌??

Cathy I could not of said it better. I've found all my boxes to be fabulously, fun, and fit for not just my body, but mind to. I myself purchased the hula hip and other fitness items as add-ons. I am loving the extra fitness videos along with added articles on healthy food, skin, and hair.

Skin, Hair and Mind need to be FIT too! People always find something to complain about! Go buy yourself a jump rope or a hula hoop to use while taking the vitamins that came in the box! I'm personally happy with my box. And the things I dont want, are now gifts for stuffing xmas stockings! Its a win win! And its very easy to cancel if your that unhappy!

Really disappointed in my Spring box. I've been a member for 2 years now and this was by far the worst box ever. I hate red lipstick and the lip kit is really sticky. Also I picked the bracelet but got earrings, can't wear these earrings because I have sensitive ears. Also the leave in hair conditioner is crap, left my hair feeling gross and heavy. Hopefully the summer box is better, and please add something for fitness again.

I received the lip kit in red and red simply does not work with my face or skin tone, I don't see the point in filling out my profile with colours when they probably don't even look at it, I just thought ah well that's my rotten luck working again I just knew I was getting red somehow

My box is coming today and yes I feel same , what is point of filling out colors you wear if they send red! Let's see what comes I know it will be red and I will be thinking of canceling bc I don't get neutrals to try .

I was really disappointed with my spring box and think I may cancel after the summer box. I got earrings with my spring box, or at least I think it was earrings as only one came in the box. I also got the deep red lipstick pack. I don't wear red and when I filled out my likes I had nudes on there. I don't want to continue to pay money for things I won't use or are unable to use. Dissappointed?

I loved the spring box and am very happy with what I received. With the value I just can't understand people wanting to cancel. It's like Christmas every 3 months.

they seem to be slipping. I have seen a lot of comments and posts with disappointed customers and even people who are cancelling ... hopefully the pull it together for the summer box and make it a good one!

Haha, I could have sworn that a (physical) fitness item was going to be on this list. Both the Winter box and now the Spring box have been without one. Online membership/access does not count. Perhaps a name change for the box is in order???
