I was able to customize my box on day 1 when it opened but still haven’t received my box! I don’t even think it has shipped yet? So surprised to see that other people are already getting their summer boxes. I did get an email saying that the cooler bag “didn’t meet fff standards” so was being replaced with something else but they didn’t say what. I like a little anticipation, but this is getting ridiculous! Not sure why it takes so long to ship once my customization has been finalized. Wish I could comment on my goodies but sadly not yet...

Even when i go to the customization i can’t get what i want because it’s all gone. Really have not seen an advantage of auto renew every year when the things that are good are always gone already! Still have not received my summer box.

I just reactivated my FFF as a annual member and had no problem customizing and shopping add ons. I'm so surprised at reading these posts. But not going to lie I was a little disappointed in some of the selections but I did get to choose every option in the box just wasn't impressed in the choices at all. Hoping the fall and winter boxes make up for a bad summer box.

Hi. Received my box today and didn't get some of the stuff that should be in my box. Of the last customisation I recieved only the foot file and none of the other options. I understand I didn't choose my options but I didn't even get the minimum and then got some hidious PJ and knife and fork set that is not even part of the seasons box. Please send the correct items or refund this season's box

Be very careful about clicking on Want to update because it doesn't tell you how much it is however with a lot of pressure I was able to get that we funded .....

Agree about the lack of notice. I am now dreading my summer box. I need texts. My email is too full and I work 10+ hours a day and sometimes miss my window to customize. FFF please add a text option

I'm a seasonal member and I get email after email letting me know the dates of the customizations w offers to add to my calendar. Those who aren't, check in your settings to make sure you've opted to get email reminders. I agree the spring box was cheap, the winter box was great... Hoping summer box makes up for it!! Be safe ????

I would guess the majority of those who DO manage to customize also have families and jobs. No one needs to spend time chasing FFF down. For the time spent on here moaning, perhaps take a peek at the customization calendar instead and put it on your planner or diary.

I don’t know how you all are not getting emails...I get at least one every few days, and basically a count down to when customization is about to start, and those emails offer to add the event to my GOOGLE Calendar. I wonder if it has anything to do with who you use as your browser? For example, I use Google and somebody else may use something different so I always get my emails and my calendar reminders. For further clarification, I am an annual member, and I do customize every box to my liking.

Many of us have families and jobs and can’t make it an extra job to chase down FFF dates. I have always relied on the emails to let us know when customization and add one are . This is the 3rd time I had to randomly find out via Facebook that my ship has sailed. This spring box would be the worst ever even if I had gotten to customize! I agree with the members who said that the boxes are getting worse and the system more frustrating. They ignore emails and someone one told be today to only do chats if you want a response. I think I will quit instead.

All the details for customization dates are published WELL in advance on the FFF website. Its not beyond the wit of man to put these in your own diaries, on your cellphone or tattoo it on your forehead. Also follow FFF on YouTube, Insta or Facebook - you really have to be living off grid/under a rock to miss customization. I get its confusing for those who have signed up between seasons and new to the system, but again, all info is on the website or forum - the Forum is a fabulous place to get questions answered.

In you to customize they allow you to add the date on your phone schedule. Set a reminder. I get mine 30 minutes before. I do this with sales as well. Then I don’t miss anything I really want.

You do not notify in order for us to customize. You should send out an email and text so that we can customize and know the date. It's really frustrating and I'm tired of getting things that I do not want nor need because I don't recieve notifications about customizations.

I don’t receive email either about customizing being open. Been an annual member for a few years. I did learn the hard to keep checking on my own because I have completely missed customizing and that box was a complete let down. Learned my lesson. You have to be vigilant add them to your Facebook download their app, it is on you to keep track. I love the boxes that I have customized.

I’m as confused as the rest of you. I was really looking forward to selecting the items for my summer box, but never got the email. By the time I managed to get to the customization page, all the things I would have chosen were spoken for. I tried to contact customer service, but never got an email or phone call back. I’ve tried to either cancel or skip this box, but I’m not sure if it worked. Got an email from a “do not reply” address saying that I will be refunded, but haven’t seen it yet. And yes, I’ve been an annual member for some time. When this gets cleared up, I will not re-up.

I am an annual member and I never got an email or notification from the APP that I was able to customize my box. I even checked on the website a few times and it only allowed me to go to shop not to the box.

Annual member but canceled my auto renew for this year due to repeats. Was still charged for another whole year and never received email for customization.

I have been FFF almost every day this month and all it did was take me to the shop I'm an annual customer thought we get first picks you made sure you took my payment of $200.00 + dollars an I can't pick what I want for the summer box then I'll be taking all my money back

Sometimes I like repeats. I get a lot of things in these boxes that I want to use again, but are so expensive in stores. In those cases I love repeats. :)

I did not receive an email or notice of dates for my boost or customization for my Summer box. I see now from searching that I’ve missed the date. Can someone please let me know if I can still select for my Summer box? I am an annual member.

I'm very unimpressed with FFF and will definitely cancel. Unfortunately I signed up as an annual member after I read that I could cancel anytime. Sure, I can cancel but I would NOT receive a refund so I'm stuck. I'm not happy and would definitely not recommend this to anyone.

Loved 1st box winter2020. Cheap stuff spring2021. I never saw all these add ons & extra cost when I joined. I havent figured out how to choose items. Where to shop for the chose items that are xtra$$. I thought I was choosing those last season but turned out 1 had to pay for black bag & umbrella. Please clear me up on how it works so I can cancel this summer box or choose/ customize
