It’s like they scraped the bottom of the barrel threw it in a box and shipped it to me. Seriously not worth half of what paid for it.

I also did not get to customize my box so holds no value to me.There is literally nothing in it that I want or can use.Idid not receive notice telling me to customize oe choose what would.I am deeply disappointed .

I missed the chance to customize. When and how do they communicate when this occurs?! I subscribed for my sister for this year because she turns 60. I’ve got to figure out when the windows are!

I am always happy with my boxes. I love to share my box. I keep what I like and I give away what I won’t use. My family and friends are always happy to get what I don’t use. We both win.

I still haven't received my winter box. It has been bouncing around in shipment. I'm in Louisiana and it stopped in Texas passed Louisiana went to Mississippi then passed up where our local fed ex post is went to the other side of the my state. Then stayed there for several days. Now it has gone back to Mississippi and is now in Memphis. Like why? It has passed me 3 or 4 times now.

Looks like my box has shipped, and I didn’t get to customize it. That is the only reason I went ahead and enrolled annually! Probably won’t be subscribing again. So disappointed.

Everyone that's saying they didn't receive an email about customization, I did receive mine but I had also added those days to my calendar just in case something like that happen,maybe you can try that next time so that you don't miss it. I'm sorry to all of you who are disappointed. Hopefully things will get better for you

I have been not happy with the last 3 boxes . I got things that I didn’t even pick . They sent other items . FFF has really changed . Not sure I am going to stay with it . I can only use 3 things out of this box . Seems like a waste of $$$

I never received an email to customize my spring box but I did receive a shipping notification email. I did customize my box thought and nothing I picked is coming in my box. I hate everything that was picked for me (changed). Can I please return it and get a refund. I will be canceling my subscription.

I never received an email to customize my spring box -just got a shipping confirmation with selections already made. I would not have picked a lot of what I am getting. As an annual member, I am very upset that I have had this taken away.

I too didn’t receive an email to customize my box. Very upset just knowing I’ll get what nobody else wants. Last box I forgot to customize and received item that still remain in the box. Very, Very disappointed!

In addition to everyone else who have commented about not receiving a notification about customization for the annual membership. I received a customization email for the seasonal. I go in to customize and I cannot because I am annual. My box shipped today. I'm pretty upset and disappointed because I would have never chose what is in my box. What a waste of money. Really wish I was notified correctly for my annual customization. I will never use daisy barrettes or a daisy bucket hat.....

Adding to the complaints re customizing my box. I checked earlier this month - I'm an annual member - & noted the 17th. No email. But all customizations were open today & I got nothing. My box is not the stuff I would pick. It says my box has shipped, but strangely I can still add 'add-ons' & they ship WITH my box. This isn't the first time this happened. I'm canceling my annual membership & going back to seasonal. I've been a member since 2017 & I do understand how much FFF has grown as a company, & how more options are necessary to be functional/ practical from a business perspective, but I find it disappointing that the standards have not kept up with the expansion. Ultimately, it's still great value. I do always get some things I use & some things I can gift; it's easily worth the $50, but it's lost its 'magic', for me, in the expanded format. Losing the option to customize when it's now a part of the membership, & an additional $$ option repeatedly honestly feels like the direction the company is already heading in. Please take all these complaints as an indication of that, not as an 'I didn't get everything I wanted' tantrum. It reflects a bigger pattern. I personally would like to keep getting excited about my box & everything you offer. You were better. Go back to that. Please. And please fix whatever is going on right now.

Did not get to customize! And all the random crap that no one would choose is getting sent to me in my box!! I’m giving one more month and if it doesn’t get better I will drop like everyone else here!

for the first time ever, I hate my box. Almost everything i choose in customization was replaced with something I DID NOT want. And the FFF picks - terrible for me. I have so many lip masks and make up rounds 9and i dont wear make-up).

I received an email today telling me my Spring box shipped and this is the first i am hearing of the Spring box. i never received any emails informing me that customization was open. i have been an annual member since 2017. now i am going to receive a box of items that i did not choose and stand a good chance of not needing or wanting. how did this happen? This is the 2nd box in a row I am having issues with. The box contained extra add-in items that i did not order and did not want and were charged for .. and was not resolved to my satisfaction. I am cancelling my membership

I just upgraded and have never used this site before i am new. But all my upgrades went away. I upgraded to get my choices and that is gone and so is my add on choices.

I am a seasonal member and customization was supposed to open today and I do not see the option not was I sent anything. If I am not able to do this today I guess our winter box will be our first and last.

FFF I am a long member, I have been with you since the beginning. While I fully understand the difficulties we are ALL experiencing, your service and order fulfillment has sunk to new lows. I am requesting a refund for the last 2 boxes. Not only were they extremely delayed, they were incomplete and contained items not of my choosing. Please confirm refund to my original payment via email. This is my 3rd request for a refund. Thank you.

I did my customization on the first day and half the items were not in stock and it was the 1st day. How can that be, and some of the items that they will put in the box, again like others - stuff I don't want and a waste of money (like a plastic drink container) - really? I still really do like my boxes, except for some of the cheap items. FFF how do you determine what you are going to give people?

I have been an annual member for 6 years-back in the beginning when no one had heard of FFF. I felt like customer service cared and wanted us to be happy. For me, part of the fun was getting surprises when my box arrived. Now, I don’t dare leave it up to staff. If I don’t customize I end up with the cheap, weird crap that no one wants. This season I didn’t receive an email letting me know it was time to customize. Hopefully, I can do it tomorrow the 19th. Oh, I did receive my email that it was time to pay my annual fee. The company was sure on top of billing. I am very disappointed in FFF. They probably won’t see these comments and I don’t know if anyone would really care.

Looks like I'm not the only member that's extremely disappointed in the quality and control over my boxes. I've been an annual member since 2017 when this company started and the last 3 boxes I received were completely random with the cheapest items from each category, I was not sent an email about customization being open and when I did customize my box I didn't get what I picked. I have contacted customer service and only received a automated response. Is clear to me that I as customer do not matter. I guess only celebrities and social media influencers are the only ones that get good high end boxes.

I also have not received any type of information for customization! The last few boxes have not come with the items I chose either. I’m an annual member and haven’t gotten to customize multiple times now. Extremely disappointing.

I just went on here to find a number to inquire about the exact same issue! I have no idea why not one of my customizations are what I chose, worse.. I am being charged $45 for the wrong additional customizations! I sure hope this can be fixed! I do not want a box of items I didn't order or want, isn't that the whole reason to pay extra for special privileges?

**Update from earlier— because all my customizations were wrong, I wrote to the customer care area this morning. I just received a response (same day!) about a technical issue they were experiencing with the site. They assured me all my items would be correct in my shipment and I have gone back to my box and it DOES show the correct items. Hope everyone else has the same resolution!

I contacted the due to all my items changing from what I picked also. They said it is a problem with the site but told me I would still get them items I chose. They even told me what I did choose. I guess we will see but hopefully everyone will get what they wanted

Wow!! I am glad I found this. I too looked online this morning and 4 of my 5 customizations have been changed. I too am going to have a box full of items I will not/cannot use. I picked several items that were for my daughter and some for myself. She was so excited to get to choose things. When I read off to her what was coming she says mom you don’t even wear that size! No I don’t. I have been a member now going on two years and I have never had this problem. If this is not fixed I will cancel my membership! How disappointing because I did cancel and I missed getting my box so I signed up again only to have problems. Don’t give choices if you don’t have the infrastructure so meet the choice and demand of your customers!! Cant blame bad service on Covid

I had the same experience as some of you! I logged on immediately when customization opened. Picked my items and saved. I even double checked them the next day! Now all of the sudden none of them are the same. I am also an annual member for the specific purpose of being able to make my choices before things run out. I have written to customer care but if this is not fixed, I too will be cancelling.

Glad to see that I am not the only one who had this experience. I customized my choices as soon as customization opened as well. Now according to my account - I'm getting a giant box of soap for hair and face. NOT what I requested. Why offer customization if that is not a real thing? I too will be canceling my subscription once I receive my last box. So disappointed.

All 5 of my customizations that I picked were changed between the time I picked them and when my box closed. I am REALLY irritated and angry that I am not getting ANY of the items I chose for my box. I am ending up with several items I will likely NEVER USE. What a waste of money, in my opinion. This is my first box as an annual subscriber, and I'm done. I'm even more upset after I realized that I'm not allowed a refund for the rest of the year.

Yet again I customized my box right when customizations opened and I go and look at my page today and nothing I picked is in there. Now I'm getting the leftover stuff yet again. I am very disappointed in the way that you deal with customizations. I will probably be cancelling my annual subscription once I get my last box. I am so upset all 5 of my customizations were changed.

This is crap. I am an annual member. I went online at 9am when customization opened to ensure that I was able to get first choices. I locked in every single customization. After customization close, I checked my account and every customization has been changed. I've let it slide the previous boxes. And this time I was one of the first to customize & locked them in, therefore, no excuse for my selection being changed. Wasn't even like it was one or two items. It was all 5 items. This is ridiculous. I am disappointed especially that I purchased annually & never receive the benefits that are promised to come along with it. This will be my third box. First box, my timing limited my choices for me. The second box, was missing items. And this spring box, I will not receive any customization choices that I made & upon reviewing the box after customization closed the selections are all now different. Not to mention, everyone of them are all the low end crap that appears to be I suppose the leftover junk. This box is not even worth the money nor the frustration of the experience. I will be cancelling my membership after receiving my last box in the fall.
