You never know how the Internet will react these days — users either won’t care or will fire back with hateful comments. Unfortunately, the latter was the case when American clothing retailer Old Navy shared a photo of an interracial family on Friday to promote a sale.
Oh, happy day! Our #ThankYouEvent is finally here. Take 30% off your entire purchase: https://t.co/nGQ9Pji1pNpic.twitter.com/vq4mIczm6A

Many comments were disapproving the photo of the interracial family. One Twitter user noted, “my family will never step into an @OldNavy store again. This miscegenation junk is rammed down our throats from every direction,” while another said “stop promoting miscegenation or else I’m taking my $$$ elsewhere.”
However, our faith in humanity was restored once again when Twitter users began to reply back to Old Navy’s tweet with supportive words and even photos of their very own interracial families. And with that #LoveWins.
