We’re so pumped about Apple’s latest announcement. The tech giant just introduced Clips, a free video editing app that will essentially help you generate fun videos without all the mumbo jumbo of traditional video editing software.
Users will be able to combine video clips, photos, and music — either recorded from the app or imported from your library — to produce one-of-a-kind content in just seconds. The app will also include various filters and stickers so you can completely customize your videos (the sky’s the limit with this one!). Once you’re happy with your creation, you can directly share it on iMessage, Facebook, Instagram, and other popular social networks.
Our favorite part of Clips? Live Titles, which is their newest (and coolest) feature that uses your voice to create animated captions and titles. All you have to do is speak and the app will do the rest. Live Titles supports 36 different languages and is totally customizable.
Get ready to see a ton of videos pop up on your Insta feed! Clips will be available to download in April for iPhone and iPad users.
