DID ANYONE receive a FOFO that works? Mine sputtered and then quit. Could not get it to restart. I don't think this is what you had in mind when selecting for the summer box.Please advise how I can get a replacement. So excited to try this! thank you

Y'all know you can replace the batteries in the Foreo, right? So... don't toss it once it "sputters", just switch them out and keep going...

I love my fido! I got the cute fuchsia one and I love seeing the difference in my moisture before and after use. Even with regular aha use, I went through a purge, which just goes to show how effective the vibration is! And you can remove the batteries ^_-

Oh shucks my little Forio was dead on arrival… It sure looks like a super device ....everything I have tried and it just sputters a couple buzzes and then that is it… Wish we could change the battery out. This will not sour my experience with my first box everything is off the charts !

Received my box today and confused about the fofo. It’s paperwork says it’s rechargeable using an “included cable”, but I combed through all the packaging including the plastic jewel case and never found one. Is it supposed to come with one?

Although this sounds like a great, innovative beauty tool for cleansing...... I don't like the fact that it's non-rechargable, and good for only around 50 uses. We shall see. Otherwise, I LOVE FFF! This will be my 2nd box.

The spring box was my first box also. I wasn’t that impressed I never received an email about customizing my summer box. Needless to say, that has me a bit concerned! If the summer box doesn’t blow me away, I too am cancelling!

This will be my 4th box and I am truly hoping it is better compared to the Spring box. I do have to say I was extremely disappointed with my first box I received and sent a message to the FFF team and received a response of “sorry hope you like the next box”. I loved the summer and winter box so kept the membership but after I received the Spring box I have been considering to cancel. I truly hope the summer box is better but I have to agree with a few of the comments, I am tired of getting facial stuff and lotions. Fingers crossed for a great summer box.

I am so excited for the Foreo! I really hope I get the purple one. I've experienced a couple of glitches, but not enough to give up on FFF. For the most part, I love everything. I even got the Spring Editor's Box.....WOW! Exfolikate, Breogio and a Tarte eyeshadow palette! All full sized and 5 more items. Add-ons are running now.....I am racking up! I love FFF!!

I look forward to get my box but honestly I was so disappointed with the spring box. I have recommended it to my friends and we had a discussion about it we all agreed that this has been the worse box ever. I am going to try it one more time. My friends are on the fence still. Hopefully summer Box makes up for a hard crashed dissatisfaction.

I got the 4 seasons as a gift. Some of the stuff is nice, but I'm tired of getting facial stuff. I don't want that Foreo, so please don't put that in my box. I never get any fragrances and I don't want jewelry as it's cheap and tangles both times I've gotten it. Had to throw a bracelet out.

I have look at all the response, I am very surprise that you could not be happy about your box. If you have nor tried these item you are totally missing out. AMAZING ITEM AND AMAZING PRICE. these comments are making me have second thoughts about the subscription, I signed up with the editors box and I loved it every thing... well almost that face scrub was to powerful for my liking but im getting worried considering I also paid in advance for a annual subscription but so far I think I like what im getting now with the summer box it will be the first regular box that im going to get but I've been recommending this box to all my friends and I hope I didn't make a mistake e in doing so

Love this subscription. But as many others have said. The spring box was a bit of a let down. Winter box loved it. All others great. But very disappointed in the spring box. Not much in it. Add ons were decent. My necklace came broken. But I was able to fix it. Hoping summer box will be better.

This will be my 3rd box with FFF and I am super excited for the summer box and the new tech!! My first box was the winter box, and was excellent, love the DB poncho, and ordered an 2nd one!! The spring box was nice also, was not as exciting as the winter box but I still loved it! I can't wait to use the new Bluetooth face cleaner in the summer box!! Plus i live the add-ons Keep up the great work FFF!!

The spring box was my first. I tried it because of the amazing coupon code I found. I was expecting to cancel after the box. Yes, there we're things I saw in videos that I didn't get. But it was still fun! I didn't cancel immediately, and clicked through to customize my summer box. It was exciting and I ended up extending my membership for a year. I even added on something to my box. And the Foreo looks awesome! What a great deal!

I just got my first box, the editors box and I loved it I am very excited for the summer box, I see a lot of complaints about items that were shown but they didn't get, I've watched a few unboxings online and to my understanding not everyone gets the same thing in their box. I'm not sure if that's true but that's what I assumed. I did have problems with my mask insert popping also but other than that I was very happy. I received the briogeo hair conditioner mask and was very happy I have a small one that I received from ipsy so I'm glad to now have a larger size,I have gotten a few briogeo items from ipsy and I love that brand. Also I've seen a few comments saying that they said on their quiz they didnt want and got them anyway, they do say at the beginning of the questionnaire that they don't base their selections on the questions but do take them in to consideration when choosing.so just saying you were warned that they may not follow what u selected, the only garenteed is when u choose or customize,

I have been with FFF for a longggg time now, and truthfully have never been disappointed. The spring box I thought was cute, but other boxes have been better. Looking forward to the summer box. I own a Foreo already and I love it so I'm really excited to try this new one. Even if its the same as their regular one I'm happy to get another!! I really love fab fit fun boxes

I recently joined FFF and received the Editors Box. I was so very excited and then so very disappointed. I gave away everything except the clutch. Who needs another mug! I also received a hair towel wrap but I have short hair so I can't use it. I specifically said I don't want any hair care and received a hair mask. If the summer box isn't any better, I will be canceling. So glad I didn't sign up for a year.

The spring box was my first and the first box qas all wet they sent me out a new one but I think I'm missing some items some of you mentioned a clutch and candle and jewelry I got none of that and my eye mask gel ruptured first use to. I'm not impressed either and if summer isn't better after reading others comments I'm canceling too

Not thrilled with a tech face wash, hated the spring box...was also shorted the candle..which apparently was ok to miss out on since other people got smoked out by them, the eyeshawdows in maybe the winter box were all smashed and broken, opened it and they spread out all over my bird who was helping me open...poor parrot, This is it for me, it has to improve or Im done, I could not even get high school students to pick the clutch as a prize.....wow

I paid a year in advance and wish I hadn’t. The Winter box exploded and everything was covered in an oily residue. And the Spring box had not one item in it that I kept. I struggled finding people to give the items in the Spring box to. I am prepaid for the Summer and Fall boxes. If they’re like the Winter and Spring boxes I won’t resubscribe.

I am thankful that I read the comments- I was so disappointed in the spring box- it was my 2nd box. The winterbox had muscle soak exploded in it- they sent me a new one, but everything else had an oil residue over it! The spring box was not exciting, and the only thing I really liked was the face mask with the freezable insert- that broke the first time I used it. I am giving them one more try with the summer box....

I also was new this spring and only ordered because of a the amazing things I was seeing my friends get... I've used 3 things out of the spring box.. Bracelet was cute but broke.. The necklace was ugly and not what I thought it to be... Summer hopefully will be better... If not I'm done...

Spring box was my first. I was very excited and like most very disappointed once I recieved it. A lot was missing and had mostly stuff I could get at an inexpensive store. I gave most of it away. Giving it one more shot. If summer box isn't better I'll be canceling.

I have something similar already, but this looks interesting as I have sensitive skin issues. I agree with a lot of other comments on here that the Spring box was less than disappointing. I don't think I used anything other than the roller in this one and gave almost all of it away, the clutch was ugly, the earrings were awful. My fault for some of it as I missed the customization on that one, so I didn't choose the earrings, however the bracelet wasn't much better. I've done the customization now for the summer and it looks much better. This is my 5th box and all were good except the spring one.

interesting to read comments about the disappointment of the 2018 Spring Box....I have been getting these boxes for a few years now and have to say that the Spring box 2018 was not impressive at all....it was not horrible, but compared to other boxes was underwhelming!

with all the spring reviews I too am new to this and will try the summer box then cancel..I am not sure it is what it is as good as it is promoted...will see I think with all these reviews if they actually listen as the claim they will make the summer xtra special to keep customers

I received the spring editors box which was my first box. I don't have other boxes to compare it to but I did like the editors box. I loved the clutch, tarte eyeshadows, eye mask, exfolikate, spongelle exfoiliator and eye mask. I have used pretty much everything that I received in my box. The only thing I did not like was the hair mask which was not good at all.

I'm on my 2nd year and like the majority, the Spring box was a HUGE disappointment. I pretty much give away or gift most of my items, but I still like getting the boxes. There have been some interesting items in there - especially, the first year. Hoping they get back on track after the last box, and I believe they will after seeing and hearing all of the negative comments about that box; they don't want to lose their customers, I'm sure.

I'm posting this if only to stand out as one of the rare positive reviews for the spring box, which I really liked. Contrarily to many other users, the fall and winter boxes didn't impress me as much (another scarf/wrap?? A MUG??? Come on!), so the spring one brough many items I actually like. I'm never expecting to have luxury items in the box, so I'm not surprised with the vinyl of the clutch or the thick cotton of the earrings. Even with the canadian exchange rate, I'm still happy overall with the box as it offers objects I wouldn't usually buy. i.e.: it's a fair rate for the seasonal surprise/fashion items I wouldn't pay full price for. As for the FOREO device, I'll be curious to see how effective it actually is. Saw something similar at Sephora for 60$, so faire price considering the rest of the box. Not crazy about the app, but I'll wait for it and write a full review when I actually tried it...

The spring box was my first and I have to say I was very disappointed with it. None of the colours in the lip palette were suited to me. The bracelet was way to small, and I didn't receive half of what the survey asked. I will give the summer box a try & if there is no improvement I will be cancelling.

I have love 3 out of 4 of the boxes - so far ... the “Spring” box was very disappointing ... Half of the items listed, that was suppose to be in the Spring box, were missing. I thought that maybe that since I wanted to switch items on a couple of things, maybe that was the reason - but, I was charged for the items I wanted. The other problem was, I didn’t relieve all the items listed. There were about five items missing out of my box.

I ordered this since the preview of the spring box was great! I didn't receive the candle or the jewlery either. Greatly disappointed and almost cancelled immediately, however my husbands said give it another shot. I agreed since I know no company is perfect. My expectations are very high for the summer box due to feeling as though the company skipped two items in the spring box and still hasn't sent them.

Wow! So many complaints. I’ve been happy with every single fff box i have gotten yeah there were some things not my style or i didn’t use buy this has been perfect for gift ideas and just trying out new items. Loved the clutch from the spring box & the lip palette is amazing. Can’t wait to see what the summer box entails I’m sure i will be as happy as I’ve been in the past.

Seems I'm by far not the only one who couldn't have cared less for the spring box. The only things I really liked were the ridge-filling nail hardener and the add-ons I picked for myself. I signed up for a year to be able to qualify for the cheaper "per box" price but even that hasn't really been worth it. I've still ended up giving away almost everything in each box I've received. I will finish out my subscription but am pretty sure I will NOT be re-upping.

The winter 2017 box was amazing. Loved it all. The spring 2018 box was very disappointing. Thought about canceling membership. I'm giving one more box a try...summer 2018. If I don't love it I too Will be canceling my membership.

I was very disappointed in my spring box. The candle smokes and the make-up colors were wrong for my skin. I realize that is not fff fault as we all look different, but the worst part was I couldn't even give it to my sister because the powders were all broken - went straight in the bin. As for the fofo... I'd rather get something that doesn't require me downloading an app that I don't want, in order to use it. I'll probably gift that to my nieces. I hope the summer box is better. I love the concept but feel the quality has been similar to what I would find at the dollar store. This may be my last box.

Going to try out one more box, the candle smoked out my house. The braclete didn’t fit and I certainly don’t have large wrists. Zero interest in the Foreo. The items I did like was the nail strengthening polish. I did an experiment and my one thumb nail is much stronger then the other. The lipgloss palette is very nice. Fingers crossed that I’m happy with the next box. Or I’ll be moving on to something else

I have received 2 boxes so far. Have used nothing in either of them. I left them out for my daughters and grand-daughters to pick through and the only thing anyone wanted was the shawl. I am very disappointed in this FFF venture. I did not receive the candle in the second box but it did arrive much later. I gave it to my daughter, who tried it and then, like another member, complained of the smoke it put out and threw it away. I feel like I have wasted good money on junk. I will get the summer box and then decide if it is time to move on from FFF.

I really liked the winter box. Loved the shawl. I did not have much interest in the spring box. I was disappointed to receive those peach earrings. I think I had said I was not interested in them. Hoping there are more things in this box that I am interested in and not items I will give away May be my last if disappointed

I, too, was disappointed in the Spring box. The quality of the clutch was poor, the candle looked good and I liked the smell, but mine burned very smoky so I threw it out. How hard is it to make a decent candle? Overall, I’m having a hard time feeling like I am getting any value from the box and am hopefull the Summer box will be much better. I love the idea, and have liked my past boxes, but feel like the quality is slipping.

The first box was okay, but it didn’t seem to have as much in it as the boxes that the “celebrities and bloggers” opened for us to see. Hoping that the Summer box is better as I have signed up for a year plus one boxes so we will see ?

Unfortunately, I will not use the Luna. I have a Clairsonic. Another gift for someone else. I thought receiving the FFF boxes would be fun. I have to confess, I have been giving most of if away. The jewelry is cheap. Missing items in the boxes. I never received a mug??? Powders were broken. After this box, I'm going to cancel my membership.

I’m new to FFF. The spring box was my first. I was so excited to open it however, I really disappointed with its contents. The one of the earrings broke while I was getting them out of the bag, as did my add on necklace, the clutch was very poor quality vinyl, almost like something one would buy at The Dollar Tree. I loved the Murad moisturizer and lotion as well as the lip pallet. I do hope the Summer box has better quality items. If not, I’m sorry to say I’ll probably cancel my membership and try another membership similar to FFF.

My editors box was my first and I too like many was disappointed with its contents there were very few items and I kept looking to see if I missed something because the boxes I saw opened on line had so many more items in them I will wait and see what the summer box has and then make my decision as to whether or not to opt out. but I am so hoping that I love the next box because I love the idea of being pleasantly surprised 4 times a year

I have to agree with those who did not like the Spring box. I love the clutch but quite frankly, not sure if I will use it. I did not like the smell of the candle so haven't even burned it as I am trading that with a friend, as well as the lip palette. I suck at using lip palettes! LOL The other stuff was just ok. I also didn't like the earrings. While they are awesomely cute, not my style. so I gifted them to a friend. The nail ridge filler I will not use as I get my nails done but I will use the moisturizer this summer. I am hoping the summer box will better.

I am always so happy when I see my box delivered ! I really love the wraps and shawls the most and alwayssss get compliments on them. The facial scrubs and washes are my second favorite I get to try brands and things Id never know exsisted if not for FFF .. Dr Brandts microderm scrub ?? The bags candles cool water bottles are all just fun and look at it this way if you dont love it pass it on to a friend :) I really like FFF and will stay a member !!

I'm excited for this box...just hope I get everything I pick this time. Last box, one of the items I picked was replaced with something else - since I joined late in the season I get it but would have been nice to be notified. The replacement was something I already had so had to give it away. Then one of the add-ons I picked (ACV rinse) was not sent and they gave me a gym bag instead, something I didn't want. Again, no notification of the change. If I'm paying extra for an add-on I either want what I picked or get credited back. I anticipate selecting several add-ons with the summer box so will see if they get it right this time.

This will be my 5th box, I have been very happy with everything I have received up to this point. I love the surprise of what is in my box. Although I don't use everything in my box, I'm still excited to get it. Remember we are only paying 49.99 a box and these items are worth much more. They have a broad population to make happy, sometimes we will sometimes we won't. I got my candle and I'm so glad I didn't pick the linen because the one I picked smells awesome :) Thank you for everything you do FFF!!

I too was very disappointed with the Spring box. I've been with FFF for about two years now, and this was the worst box by far. Didn't seem like there was much in the box, and much of what was there, I would not use. I will try the summer box, but if it's no better, it will be my last.

I too was disappointed in the Spring box and the quality of the jewelry. The candle was not in my order but I have since received it.

I was not disappointed in the spring editors box but I also felt like things were missing every opening I seen seemed to have so much more in it and It was my first box!! I will stay on with Fab Fit Fun to see what happens with the Summer Box Hopefully it’s way better!!

I have been with FFF for at least a year now , the summer box will be my fifth I believe and so far everything has been correct in all my boxes. Sure some boxes have been better than others And some items had me seriously scratching my head, but overall I happy with the program. But it makes me wonder what the deal is with the missing candles for so many others. If I had to guess I’d say the addition of the choice and add ons was unexpectedly more than they initially prepared for and that’s why there were so many errors. I feel like they’ve been working hard to get it right with this one though so I’m eager to see what it has it store!

Like most of you, I was extremely disappointed with the spring box. My back massager broke the first time we used it. I never had no candle in my box that you all are speaking of, and every time I get jewelry it ends up turning my skin green and breaking within a week. I feel the same that if this box is not better I will be cancelling my subscription. Very disappointed!

I too never got my candle they said would be shipped separately due to them not wanting to hold up the delivery of my box since they had not received them yet. Still no candle

I was disappointed in my Spring box. The candle, bracelet and clutch were gifted to friends because I wouldn’t use them. It felt like the weakest of boxes since I’ve been getting them. (This summer box will be my 6th box.) If I hadn’t upgraded my membership, I would cancel. I think this is my last season included, so we shall see how this box is.

It sounds great I've heard lots of good things about Foreo! How can you go wrong with something that specifically cleans your face gently, in a high tech way. It says it's for all skin types and you can recharge it. Awesome!!❤️

Also not interested in this item at all. I wish it was an option. It will not be something I will use and I'm also not adding new app for anything like this. I got emails asking how I liked my special gift from last box when I'm still missing items. Disappointing this last few boxes

I loved the winter box, but like many was very disappointed by the spring box. It did seem very cheap. Those tassel earrings were a joke, and the linen candle smelled awful. For those who did not receive it, I promise you are not missing out. I actually had an allergic reaction just from smelling it in the box.

Hello everyone the editors box was my first box. I choose the bath bombs instead of the candle. But I had to call to get them. Because they were not in my box when I first received it I will decide on my next box if I cancel.

Overall I have liked the items I have received from each box except for the jewelry because the pieces turn greenish and I can smell the metal when wearing the jewelry. I wish they were better quality pieces.

I just googled this amazing new gadget and as a sufferer of rosacea I'm so excited to try this! Its not ran on actual batteries, it comes with a USB charger. I think they were just explaining that it will last up to 400 uses per charge.

I received my first box that was "editor's choice". I was excited to have gotten the box. But I was instantly disappointed because there wasn't much in the box that was being showed in the ads that made me want to sign up & subscribe to FFF.....so, I will wait on my summer box, if the same I will be cancelling membership.

My last box came with a clutch missing the zipper tassle. I just called FFF and they promptly sent another one. Everything else was as expected. I love the creams and I love that everything is full size. So far Ive got 2 boxes and looking forward to the summer box. I truly hope I dotn have anything missing or broken this time.

I’m not real excited with FFF anymore because of the add-ons. They always run out before I can get any. One more try then I may be out. Instead of FFF responding to my last post regarding add-ons another woman from on here responded with a smart remark. One more try and that’s it.

I wasn't impressed with the winter box. The items were cheap and I got 2 wears out of the jewelry before they turned green. The candle was just so cheap. I wasn't impressed. I feel like the editors box had more and better quality items. I hope the summer box delivers. If not, I will be canceling

My candle was a huge disappointment. I was super excited to recieve it, but after burning it only a couple of times, it essentially became useless. One night while it was burning, I heard a pop and wasn't sure what was happening. A while later I walked by the candle and noticed the flame was out. But, the strange thing was, that the wick had completely disappeared! The candle still had about 2/3rds of it's wax left at this point. But obviously it was now also useless. I can't even really explain what the heck happened to it! Just really weird. And hugely disappointing!

Not super happy with my box... no candle, got stone face scrub that I won't use, got a coffee cup that also wasn't too appealing. All in all not totally stoked but gonna give it one more try

I am glad to see I am not the only one who did not receive the candle from the spring box! Despite an email stating one was being shipped to me somehow it never made it...quite disappointed at the poor service this go around. If the supplier couldn’t keep up then just let your subscribers know and then make up for it! #stillwaiting

I did it the old fashioned way & called customer service about the candle. After they explained that I would still get it and the other item I received was complimentary I was cool with the situation. Although, the candle isn't really all that anyways. The copper holder is kind of cheapish and it dosent smell amazing (I got the linen scent).....

I'm not sure if I would use this item, but whenever I get items I would not use in my box, I love to give them as gifts to my friends and family. If I can't use it I almost always know someone who would love it. You still get well over your money's worth of other items in your box and you get to make someone's day too, double win!!

I’ve got one of these it works great, but there’s no way to replace battery or I just cannot figure it out, but it’s absolutely worth the money. Makes your face feel much better especially if you use a face cream with jojoba beads!
