Flaxseed is great for boosting your brain power as it contains omega-3 fats and a good amount of fiber. Mix this into your bowl of oats for an extra power boost in the morning. It’ll also keep you full longer throughout the day (say no to unhealthy midday snacks!).
Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 cup milk
¾ cup water
2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 banana, sliced
Directions
1. Bring the milk and water to a boil
2. Mix in oats and flaxseed until mixture is soft
3. Pour into bowl and stir in peanut butter
4. Top with honey and bananas
