I just received my box and I did not get the flat iron or eyeliners package I wanted.

How do you add to the seasonal boxes?

The scarf was one of the first customization CHOICES in the last box. You got to choose from Either the scarf, a hair straightener, a yoga mat, a mystery item OR have FFF choose for you. If you did not get the scarf it’s probably because you didn’t choose it for your box or pay the additional price to have it along with another item. If you don’t get the customization choices it’s probably because you do not have an annual subscription.
