At FabFitFun, we’re committed to delivering happiness to your doorstep while finding ways to lighten our carbon footprint. Last season, we introduced two different box sizes and packed smaller Add-Ons inside boxes to reduce waste.
This season, we’re excited to share that we’ve taken additional steps to become even more environmentally-friendly.
Switched to a 100% recycled kraft box
You probably noticed your box has a different look and feel to it. That’s because we switched from a standard bleached white box to a 100% recycled kraft box.
Less ink on the box
Moving forward, we’re working with our box artists to create designs that use less ink, which means that we will reduce our long-term greenhouse gas emissions!
More box size variations
By introducing small and medium-sized boxes (in addition to our large boxes), this reduces the materials used to make the box and for additional packing needs.
Switched to 100% recycled kraft paper
We replaced the inside tissue, labels, air pillows, board inserts, and bleached crinkle paper with 100% recycled kraft paper. Beginning in Summer 2021, we’re also including crinkle paper made from partially recycled materials.
