I rejoined my annual membership March or April 2024 and did NOT receive my code to receive a FREE box for rejoining as an annual member. Can someone explain why I didn’t receive any bonus for returning as an annual member to FFF? I await a free box or a response from FFF regarding this issue. Thank you

I just became an annual member and noticed option for customizations for spring box…I already received spring thru seasonal or one time, can’t remember. I DO NOT want another. What do I do?

I just renewed my subscription after having cancelled about a couple of years ago. I was expecting to be able to start with the Summer box. Didn’t have any indication that I could customize for Spring. Then I got a notice my box was on its way ??? Didn’t get to pick anything. I’m an Annual member.

I have been a FFF annual member for many years. I loved it when I first started they were exciting things to pick from. I would stock up for myself and even get gifts for friends. Now the boxes are boring and many of the items are already out of stock by the time I try to choose them. I’m able to choose first being an annual member so I can imagine there’s nothing left for the seasonal people. Just overall dissatisfied with my past 5 boxes. I kept hoping that the next box would be better, but I can’t waist any more money on stuff I don’t need. Planning to cancel when my year is up, definitely not renewing.

I ALWAYS get the notifications for the flash sales, but NEVER get notifications for customizations. I was so excited for this box, and missed the window. Everything in this box is something that I would not have chosen. Very disappointed, this is probably my worst box ever. I didn’t even get to shop the add ons. Ian way too busy to be searching the app every day to see when the window opens.

I have been very disappointed in my last few boxes! What happened to category 1? Totally agree with the comments! I used to get so excited when customizations opened and there were things in cats one and two that I couldn’t wait to order and receive. I just customized the spring box and was most unexcited. I have two subscriptions because I used to love having a stuffed gift closet and things for myself but I honestly don’t know what I’ll do with all of this stuff. Please bring back the good stuff! Planning to cancel when subscriptions run out at this point.

After reading everyone’s comments, I don’t feel bad about NOT LOVING the past 3 boxes. I used to get gifts for people throughout the year (past 4 years) and stash them away for birthdays and Christmas. I no longer do that. After seeing the spoilers for spring, I am still planing on cancelling after my annual subscription runs out!

After taking a two year break,I signed up as a annual member again. I received my first box a week ago. A few things I loved, a few not so much, but the things I didn't care for I was able to share with my daughters and granddaughter. They were happy with the items! It was fun being able to share the fun. I had one issue of not receiving a promotional bundle. I contacted customer care, and they took care of it immediately. I'm looking forward to another year of FFF boxes.

I’m like so many others, disappointed in Winter box. I became an annual member way back then cancelled my FFF subscription. I went back this past Winter hoping to find new items by new designers/makeup but found the same make up, hair care, clothing & sun glasses. With my Winter box I was hoping to find Christmas presents like I had years past. Nothing to be found. I believe we are all requesting FFF to go back to the beginning where the items were exciting to receive and to give as gifts. And a “happy” on our Anniversary/Birthday would be a nice touch.

Okay so I've never left a review and I'm quite upset. I have loved fabfitfun for several years now, but this box really is disappointing. I was hopeful for more fun option & things to pick from. I love to get cool bowls and things from the kitchen they didn't offer that. I'd love to see the Golden rabbit come back. I'm really considering to stop being a fab fit fun, fabulous friend...

I agree, my last box I didn't like ANYTHING!! Now I'm waiting for my winter box to be taken out of my account......do I cancel & try a different subscription?? Hhmmm...

I agree, our boxes lately have been dull and cheap. Nothing to make you go WOW! I've been a member for a very very long time and rarely get to pick my choices also, they either do not send notification or they are sold out. I renew in Winter, don't think I will, SADLY! Time to let go and allow others hopefully to pick their choices!

I’m so unhappy with my last couple of boxes I’m considering my subscription. Much of what I chose was least unappealing choice during customization. I’m sort of over so many face creams. I like fashion and home decor and jewelry. I have so much makeup I’m going start throwing them away.no room to store it all since I get to many. Please perk up the boxes so I can continue my subscription! Thank you FFF!

Hoping future boxes are going to be better than recent ones have been. Someone else mentioned that the boxes aren't as great as they used to be and I can definitely see that. They were much, much better when I first subscribed several years back. I swapped out the Fall box because there were maybe only one or two options I liked, so I was happy to be able to do that and choose a few items in the add on sale that I preferred as well as a cute straw bag I'd gotten in one of my 2019 boxes that my daughter keeps trying to swipe from m. Can't wait for everything to arrive!

I’ve been a FFF annual member for almost 6 years now. The boxes absolutely ARENT like they used to be. They are ok, I’ve skipped a few, last one was Fall, 2023. I’m not sure why there aren’t great choices at customization, but somebody needs to do something to make the boxes a WOW again.

I just received my fall box was very unimpressed. Very few items in it. I was a previous member for a few years and the boxes were much better with so many more items. Hopefully I get a chance to customize my next one and maybe it will be better. Please let us know early enough so we can customize and not have all the best items already sold out.

I completely missed customization for my fall box AND add-ons. I received my box and I’m not disappointed with what choices were made for me; it just seems like there are less items in this box than in past boxes. Did I miss something else this season? Why do I feel like there was hardly anything in my box this time?

Thought I would not be getting a box since I did not renew, however my husband informed me that he was charged for the FFF renewal I believe the 27th of July. I did not customize, I don’t want a box I did not customize myself. I was not going to renew due to thing’s that came broken, or just don’t last that long. I also was not happy with the fact that I would go to customize and what I wanted would be gone, which I can honestly say I’ve never had a problem with in the past. I can’t get what I want and if it’s breakable forget it, just not happy, I really pray I don’t get a box for this season. If I do can I send it back, and get credit? I’m truly lost as in what to do, hope to hear something soon. Thank You, Kristy Castle

For my Fall box there is nothing in choice #5 that I will want or use. What happens now if I just don't make a choice.I don't see the option for a mystery gift

Good Evening. I believe I did what Jay Ann just did above. I just became a yearly member this very night. The choices were slim when picking out my box (I believe I am coming behind people for about half of the choices we’re gone) but I didn’t worry for I knew I was able to swap. Once at the end of my box items, I was given so many items to pick from and started adding. I tried to go back to my box to see how the swapping part goes and found that my box closed. Is there anyway to stop my first box from shipping? How do I do the swap? May my 1st box start with the 2023 Fall Season? I just know I am not going to be happy with what I have selected. I’m a new member, possibly an annual member. Not sure. I thought I was putting together my box only to discover I wasn’t in the “shop “ but in the “flash sale “. I caught on and skipped the “edit “ sale. I somehow spent over $250. It may be too late to fix it. Before my next box order I need help with the ins and outs. I don’t know if you’ve already charged my credit card but my husband shut down the card so nothing else could be charged. He doesn’t know if it was him, me or both. So until we figure it out I’m going to need some help figuring this out. I would be somewhere and not where I thought I was. Don’t know how that happened. I don’t want that to happen again. I look forward to my “surprises “.

For those of us who have joined the annual program should have a scheduled time to order add ons. When I go to do add ons they are mostly sold out or customization items are sold out. Also, how about an incentive for those who have been annual members for years. Free gift or something special.

I just wish that when I resubscribed for another year of annual, I'd have gotten a bonus gift. One of my friends unsubscribed and then got a code to get a free box if she resubscribed. I should have done that. :(
