Well I knew this day would come. I am so disappointed with my order that I am thinking about leaving. I ordered the Mega pack or whatever it is called. Worth $$$.Right? Here is what I got:A cheap looking beach bag ( we have snow here),a yoga mat bag,a head scarf, a phone thing that I could buy at the $$ Tree. A book with puzzles. Oh and a BoHo pillow that has a broken zipper!I tried to let them know how dissatisfied I am and the pillow broken zipper. It was "Sorry. There are no refunds or returns ". I have been with FFF since 2015 I think... repeat customers don't count.

I have been a seasonal member for 3 years. I loved each item my first year. My items seem to not be as good and now I have been getting duplicates of items. Not in the same box but in each box.

The past few boxes have not been good. The items in the box are not worth what FabFitFun says they are. I have priced them at other places and they are way cheaper. If the fall box is not any better I’m out!

I love all my boxes. Some have been more exciting than others, but for a person who typically puts everyone else first, I needed a way to treat myself and this has been perfect. I definitely have to customer immediately when it opens. When there’s not as much that I love in the selections, I use it to shop for others. I can’t beat the prices on the flash sales either.

I don't know if it's worth it to continue paying for the boxes. If I don't pay for a year upfront I don't get any choices for add-on's. I don't like people having to get less because someone else has more money to drop upfront so they get all the good stuff. I'm willing to try one more box but honestly there's a lot of boxes out there.

I love my boxes. I've been a member for 2 years now. I pay annual. The only negative I can say is I wish they didn't run out of things so fast. I feel like you have to set your alarm just to get on as soon as customization starts or the options dwindle.

Be aware if you swap your box for credit you might not get the add ons that you pay for. I swapped my winter box for credit because I wanted to purchase add ons instead. My account was billed for the items I ordered and after waiting over a month for shipping info. I contacted customer care and was told they made a mistake and I wouldn’t be getting any of them. Luckily I’m getting a refund and not just credit to my account.

I have been a member for 4 years now. I have never written in any chats nor made any comments. The past year worth of boxes have been horrible. I used to have a week to make my customizations. When I missed the date for customization back then. I still loved what I got. We used to get 1 fashion item, 1 fit item, 1 beauty item, and then some fun stuff thrown in. I got a crap box the past 2 times because I missed the 1 day I could customize my box. Waited for the 2nd round, but that date wasn't for the annual members. I subscribed to fff as a gift for myself every year. I am just not getting the hype anymore. The magazine is horrible as well now. In the old one you could see the other options. Now you have no clue what is supposed to be in your box. I don't think I will be renewing my box next year, that or I will see if I can get a refund. It is not the same fff I signed up with 4 years ago. It is the same price but you have to buy add ons to get anything that remotely added up to the old fff box you would get 4 years ago. It is all about the add ons at this point. I can clearly see that I am not the only one that is no longer being satisfied with the way the boxes are going. This is definitely a trending statement. I don't mean to complain. It is just not what I signed up for.

I've gotten 1 box so far and I wasn't thrilled with the choices. Then on my winter 2021 box, I didn't love any of the choices except for a blanket and olive oil dispenser. I let fabfit choose a mystery choice, I thought this would be something other than the crappy choices for the winter box and I'd be surprised but nope, they gave me teas (which I hate) some kind of weird bomb mold manicure thing. I mean come on this stuff isn't worth it. I will not be renewing after my subscription ends if these choices don't get better! I'm not impressed as a new subscriber!

I have been a member for four years. I buy a lot of add ons and every other sale except fashion and skin care. In four years I have had one missing item and they sent me the missing item right away. It’s 9.95 shipping, that’s the lowest I’ve paid for shipping from US to Canada from any company except Amazon. I feel you get your money’s worth and if you have a Mom or daughters it’s lovely for little gifts for them.

I love all my boxes I got in so far. The spring cactus cup was a lil weird but everything in all my boxes are things I can use or wear and it's always cute stuff or makeup perfect for my skin color. Not disappointed at all and the price is super cheap. Comment above mine said she was disappointed with the items she received and she works hard for her money so she cancelled. Shouldn't order things you can't afford and then blame it on the company lol.

I was disappointed with my box this time. I’ve been a member for over a year and I haven’t been too thrilled with the items I’ve received. Yes there have been some things that I have liked, but overall not thrilled. Will not be renewing my annual membership when it comes up in December.

I canceled my subscription. I had issues with every box. I never got my welcome box. I got a box that was someone else's from a different state than mine. One of them was missing stuff so they gave me a $15 credit. I said I would give it a chance after my spring box that had items that had to have come from Dollar General. Then my summer box came and it was OK. I got the towel which I like, water protector bag that the zipper is broke already and the speaker works ok. But I've seen them at Big Lots for $5, not what they said it would have cost. The rest was nothing exciting. So I had to call it quits. I paid to be a annual member and I could not ship no more. I emailed and they finally let me. The stuff I pick and order is always good. But I imagine my last box is going to be a joke. If I even get it. This is not even close to what I thought and was so excited about it. But I work hard for my money to waste it.

Sounds Ridiculous, Is this all coming from China? Maybe that's why it takes a month to receive. I ordered some other things that came from China. Every item was mailed separately and after returning items because not as expected all I get is several emails telling me the list of requirements that I have already complied with but no refund or exchange still trying since last October. I got screwed and they got paid with my credit card. Dont feel good about this?

I just got my first box and was delighted. I think it was about $300 worth of full size items for the $50 of the box minis add-ons. I didn't get any add-ons till I saw how the basic box looked. I have a granddaughter and a daughter so items I can't use I will give to them so I think I will do some add-ons for the next box. I hope all the negative comments will not mean issues down the road.

The add-ons are extra items you want to order at discounted prices. Read everything before you start questioning y'all. When I signed up for my 1st box I got to choose, or "customize" a few things that will come in my box and then they gad the add-on options that you could purchase separately from the box. You have to pay attention and read everything.

I'm really sad to see all the negative comments on here. This is my first time trying this company and I'm excited. I joined up for the year membership and made it just in time for the Christmas shipping. I loved how I could customize my box (who wants things they wont use). I was worried because of how its stated you wont get your box until after one month of billing or something. So I live chatted with someone who answered my question promptly (within 20 mins). I received my box within a week of ordering it. (I cant open it until Christmas) so I cant give a full review yet, but watching the founder go over each item in detail in her video gave me more confidence that I'm going to love each item I picked! I hope that my other 3 boxes I get throughout next year are as exciting!

I just ordered my first box. It says you receive your box about one month after payment is made. If you didn't upgrade you have less options to customize your box . Just re read the stuff. Don't blame it on Fab Fit Fun because you didn't read all the information given. I'm going to allow myself to still be excited to get my first box. You can cancel at anytime. Sometimes you have to go with what you know and don't listen to the negativity. If you don't like what you have. Cancel your damned membership. Oh and really read the terms when you sign up for anything. Good luck. Hope y'all get your box the way you wanted it. I'm going to stay positive. I don't ever do anything for myself. If I don't like my box . I'll cancel. Good luck and Happy holidays everyone

Does anyone in the company/customer service representative ever look at th FFF "leave a reply" site and respond to customer questions/concerns/comments??? I have yet to see a single response to customer issues to date. Pretty concerning. Gives one pause.

Did no one at all read that the add ons and customizeation are only open for a short period of time before shipping begins? This is my first time ordering and I am super excited to get my 1st box, if everyone will read that the window to add in and customizeation is very short and to watch your email closely. The next round of customizeation will fall somewhere around November, it's not in fine print or anything, if you just read the article above.

This doesn't sound too positive. I'm going to keep an open mind this is my first box coming and I ordered fall and a full box has started in June and here it is the end of October and I did not know that the full box started picking in June therefore there was not any choices for me but that's okay I'm going to give it a chance. Everybody has their own opinion.

After reading all the “questionable” comments, I am pretty sure I will be canceling my subscription! I am trying to stay positive, but have not seen one response from your team regarded the many concerns. This makes me unsure, and not very confident with my box. It had me pick my items, yet most were not available??

Reading these comments makes me kind of uncomfortable... I only did this thinking Tori Spelling would be trustworthy... I’m going to go ahead and wait for my first box, hopefully I get the customizations I put, I’m holding out judgement until I get it... if I’m happy, I will stay and will post good things... signed... gonna give it a chance, hoping for the best... ????????????????
